Everything Is really Good. I did stay for 10 days The waitress of the restaurant POPI Is really a lovely Person with the guests and all the food of the restaurant Is really Good! Also all the barman's of the hotel are super Good. I give only 4 and not 5 stars because excpect of the hotel and the beach, everything else you Need to Walk really a lot. (For shops, night Life etc) But if you are planning to relax all day on the beach Is Great!

We liked the hotel a lot. It has been thoroughly renovated and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom was really nice as well. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and varied, though it would have been nice if more traditional Greek dishes were available. Our only gripe was the coffee - it was atrocious and, unfortunately, we had to wait till 10 AM for the bar to open to get a decent coffee. Overall, the staff in the restaurant and at the reception desk is kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is really nice as well - just across the street from the beach. Even though the sea was quite rough (I am told this is generally the case on the northern shore of Crete), the beach has fine sand and is very clean and pleasant. A parasol and two lounge chairs cost 6 euro per day. Another thing we liked was the Wi-Fi. It was fast, stable and the signal was so powerful that more often than not you could also use it on the beach right in front of the hotel.

All staff at the hotel were friendly. Every evening animation program in Czech, French and English. The cleaning was perfect, the hotel shone with cleanliness. We would welcome a larger selection of traditional Cretan dishes. There were big waves on the beach and a red flag was hooked for 2 days. Sun beds for a fee of 6 euros.

The staff is very nice (specially and sadly mostly the female staff). The French animation team is super, 10/10. The room is very proper, cleaned everyday by the nicest team possible. The food in the buffet is a 7/10 but Popi makes ur day worth it, sincerely. The pools are nice and big, and the place in general is attractive and nice. Leaving the hotel pool in only my bathing suit to go bathe in the sea and return was probably one of the best feelings of “0 worries” I’ve had. The animations are very nice, I’ve tried Aqua-gym for the first time and you feel connected to other guests as you have fun, so that’s a big plus. A special thanks for the reception team that were perfect and never made us feel like a burden, and another mention to Popi, who really deserves the world. The only thing I want to add is that the male team could be trained/ taught not to look at girls and women so much. Honestly it was quite unpleasant to be eaten alive by so many male eyes, specially the ones that are being payed to be there. I can excuse a rich fat old ugly white man because I don’t expect better from them, but I can’t excuse having a waiter look at my legs for 4 loooong seconds as I try to speak to him... Other than that, the Greek comments from men that were supposed to be working (and that I didn’t understand) made me feel uncomfortable. Obviously you can get used to it and still enjoy your vacation. But as a woman, why should we always just accept these type of mysoginistic and objectifying behaviors from men, even those we are paying? I feel like the hotel management could say something to their staff about respect. You could also try to be a bit vigilant of your old senil disgusting men that stare at us all day (and their wives who hate us for that same reason and stare at us with the rage from a thousand devils) but I don’t want to ask for too much. Breeeeef... the good things still weighted over the bad ones, but if you are a woman who’s body is “acceptable” not accompanied by a man you will feel the need to pay some actor to look at all these men funny. Thank you nonetheless for the stay, and thank you to the super nice reception staff for making our stay memorable

A recently refurbished 4 star hotel well regarded for its friendliness, hospitality and good service. Enjoyed our stay especially the food, pool area and drinks in the bar. Special thanks to Popi (see pic) & Violetta from the Restaurant, and 'Mr Cocktail' - Giorgios. ευχαριστώ.

Great things about hotel: it is in peaceful area surrounded by small cafes, tavernas un shops. Not far from Hersonissos - more crowded and populated place - some 10 min drive only. Hotel is right on 1st line next to beach with its own territory. Hotel itself is outdated - rooms are old fashioned, looks like in 90ties. Bathroom - nice one, with taste and comfortable The best part was outdoors fro this hotel - nicely tiled and with 4 swimming pools (not heated), sun chairs and umbrellas as well. Unfortunately outdoor swimming pool bar didn't work but maybe because of season - we visited place mid May. Food - breakfast and dinner - was average, especially breakfast. Dinner had much better options of food and good taste. We had half board package but often went out for other places for dinner. Found several good places near by (looked in Tripadvisor). Close to hotel are several car rental places. Unfortunately could not rent scooter as we got to know that in Greece one needs A category licence to be able to drive scooter or even 125 m3 bike.

Very confortable, very clean hotel and pools, easy reachable, very friendly, welcoming staff, good and varied local food. Nice bar and different activities. Just in front of the beach and gives easy access to travel around!!
