Hotel is very clean and quite nice. 600m from it sandy beach with seats for 8 euro. Really liked the food in hotel, which varies every day. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Visitors are mostly germans.

In general it is good - very good and nice staff, they work very hard from early morning till late nights here! Thank you for great service!!! However there is a BUT - rooms are not so clean... there is lots of dust on the lamps, shelves etc... looks like there is no time to clean this up properly, maybe to many guests and short staffed. Management should maybe invest more into cleaning, especially now when we have pandemia. Food - perfect, very tasty and fresh! I love Cretan corner :-)

The staff is wonderful and always making sure costumers have everything they need/want. The food can be enjoyed by vegans/vegetarians and meat eaters. There is a huge variety of everything and anything for everyone and meals are prepared freshly. The rooms are designed a little bit old fashioned, but there are big enough and equipped with a balcony. The beach is only 600m away and you can rent two beach chairs and a umbrella for 6€/day. Because i have read many comments reagrsing the cleanliness of the rooms: i was personally very satisfied with the daily cleaning. the room was always neat.

Hotel was part of a package Hotel and flight deal. It's not directly on the beach but you can walk there in 5 minutes or less. Rooms are clean but nothing fancy. It's rated at 4 Stars but I believe it's closer to 3. Indoor pool and sauna was closed due to corona but there are two good sized outdoor Pools. Service personnel were friendly and good.

The service was perfect all the employees was so nice for us, we ordered a room at the senssus building with a jacuzzi in the roof which was great because the weather was cold and it was very fun. everything was clean and just perfect. I will come back for sure!

We originally booked through love holidays to stay at gouves bay resort but were not on their books, so we were taken in a taxi to this resort and WOW it's stunning. So many picturesque outdoor areas, an outdoor hammock, park for children, LOTS of beautiful flowers and many deck chairs available due to there being 2 pools (1 large and 1 medium sized). Staff would come around the pools with fresh melon or pineapple slices and flavoured water (all inclusive) bar staff were amazing and allowed us to have a room tab which we paid at the end for our room water. It was my birthday and when we got back to the room, there was a birthday cake and a card from the hotel which was so sweet! I also got engaged here, and we both agree that this hotel will ALWAYS be our go-to. One downside I would note is the lack of entertainment. 2-3 times a week they would bring in some dancers but what people really wanted was some comedy or entertainment where you can get involved, but it did not taint the holiday in any way! Unfortunately, the spa pool was closed due to covid-19 but this may have changed now as our last visit was August 2020. There are small shuttle buses which come to the hotel and take you straight down to the beach where they have loads of water sports and sun loungers (for a small fee) and we walked back, going into all the markets and stalls. 100000% recommend this hotel!!

Service was great, very child-friendly hotel. I stayed in the older part of the hotel, but it was okay. The newer one with pool directly next to the balcony seemed superb, so I'd recommend to try out the newer building. Food was good, nothing special but decent. Other guests (mostly German and British) were middle-aged or a bit younger but with toddlers, so it suited us. After 2300 all was silent and sleep was undisturbed.
