★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel food isn't up to much at the buffet but apart from that lovely hotel staff lovely but paid for late check out then my door card still stopped working at 11 so had to walk all way to main reception long walk with all stuff I'd had with me that day and my daughter just to get them to reset my card so I could access my room but apart from that really nice holiday and hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have small kids and are looking for pool, food, waterslide, This is it. Nothing is going on around here, after 22:00. Newest city is 15 km away and taxi trip there cost you 17 euro, busses are impracticable.
Worst thing about this place is that the alcohol drinks are fake, they taste funny, you will know one you taste that the drinks are fake ! And since the alcohol is fake you will not get drunk either!
Great for kids , awful for the parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from a 5 days stay at the hotel - all inclusive. Not worth the price and definitely not 5 stars. Food is just ok, not great and same dishes every day, not many choices.
Rooms badly needed an upgrade. Under staffed, same person on duty morning till late night. a very busy place for families with young kids. if you are looking for a good relaxing place, this is not the place to stay.
Far from everywhere, you need a car to get around. you can walk to nearby small restaurants / tavernas and shops but really nothing much around the area. Beach is 10mins walk - small nice beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food poisoning on our first night , housekeeping just unlocking your door and walking into your room telling u to get out, infected dogs running all over the hotel drinking the pool water and licking fingers of children. My women told the hotel staff and they did not care . Their attitude is disgusting. They are a 5 star hotel with 3 star standards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is vile under cooked and dangerous !! One day they will kill some one ! The hotel is nice but they only open it all up once it's full (1st may) not worth it before ! The site shop is ridiculous almost X5 the price of the shops 100 yards down the road ! The waiting staff are lovely the entertainment is like ground hog day for the kids same 5 songs daily if your going to spend on a 4 star hotel this isn't it at all go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with our holiday here. Sometimes can be hit and miss and the photos don't match the reality, but once settled in it felt like a second home. Food was great, breakfast and dinner, and we were lucky with the weather in May.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool are really nice for the kids and adults. The only thing about the pools, there slightly cold, no effect for me! The slides are really big and fun for younger children to adults!
The staff are really friendly (especially enxhi she did a great job) and the entertainment is great depending on what you like. The reason I put 4 star is because the choice of food isn't immaculate, more for kids . If you have a baby you will have to bring your own food unless your baby is very posh. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here in May 2022 with our 3 young children. We were really happy with the hotel and everything they had to offer.
Best things - The splash parks/water slides were awesome. Our children went on them every day!
The food was also some of the best all inclusive food we've had. A fantastic selection and catered for our dietary needs.
Buffet and snack bars were always great.
Worst things - we were put on level 2 and had to carry our pushchair up the stairs every time we left the room, which wasn't ideal.
The hotel isn't close to the main town, so it cost €40 in a taxi each time.
Overall, we would definitely recommend especially if you have young children - they'll livw it ?
