★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wi-fi food was atrocious customer service was bad also no entertainment beyond a joke for nearly £ 4000 supposed to be 4 star would not give this a 2 disappointed beyond a joke also had to pay for air conditioning

It"s a cheap scam. You have to pay extra for everything. And the price(high) dosen't include not even a refrigerator or air c. The staff can't handle any problem because they don't know how to talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just got back 1 week , the hotel can't be in a more perfect spot right on the beach ,10 min walk to town , nice bars near by, nearest shop 50 mts , the pool very nice .Reception team great.The rooms are a bit dated but clean and tidy house keepers really nice, the food was ok always something we could eat .The only down side we were all inclusive only to find the only drinks were lager, and some spirits and the snacks was just a ham and cheese roll . i ask for a ice cream and was told only children could have it !! with running my own pub I will say don't ask for water with the spirits as I think there's already water missed in !!! plus other than 3 groups of teenagers we were the only English in the hotel. on the last day I went to take some dried fruit from the breakfast buffet to eat on the plane and was told to put it back by waitress !! would I go again to Laganas YES would I stay at this hotel NO .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Not bed food, great people! Very nice beach, close to hotel and pool, nice beach bar, pleasure to stay in! There were ants in the room and furniture are bit old but it doesn't change anything, I can reccomend to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is nice the location too. However, the staff barely speak English. Also, you should not leave any belongings on the balcony, because somebody can steal them easily. Also, when we came here there was a small sofa in the room, which dissapeared by magic 2 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone! The rooms are small and the equipment is old. You have to pay extra for sea view, wifi, telephone, extra towels, sunbed, etc. The staff speaks poor English and it is difficult to pay by credit card. The pool closes at 7 pm. Breakfast is the same every day, with little choice and very bad juice. But the sea is close and rooms are cleaned every day.
