Clean, tidy, friendly staff, good food. Great hotel for a relaxing family holiday but be aware there is no kids club for those with younger families who may want this facility. Rooms are well appointed and superior rooms come with their own small private pool to complement the 3 in the main complex. The whole hotel inside and out is accessible for those with disabilities, all facilities can be reached without using stairs. All in all a great hotel, hence the 5 star rating

Horrible management! One night we had to ask to move to another room because our air conditioning wasn’t working. We just slept there and left in the morning. Later, we were told by some manager to pay a damage, which we have done to a bed side table(cracked glass)???!!! When we came in, the glass was broken already, we didn’t care to tell someone as we were going to stay in the room just overnight. I said that we are obviously not going to pay for something we haven’t done. Anyway, at the end we didn’t get back our 50€ deposit and were told to pay 30€ more??! Ridiculous! Thank you for remembering your hotel this way!

BEWARE!!!! We are here now. Definitely not a 5 star resort....very poor management, we have been staying in many different holiday destinations in various hotels, but this one is definitely the worst of all of them for the price. Rooms average, pools area nice but very basic. Food completely tasteless and not available at most of the time, lack of any entertainment. The only pool bar serves drinks to almost 300 guests, the management's idea of the only available pool bar snack is a soggy sandwich wrapped in cling film... In my subjective opinion, maybe 3 star rating would be more appropriate and reflected in price maybe would be OK. Management does not provide regular cleaning services, drinking water in the rooms or coffee in the only available bar. After paying £3k for three of us, we are being asked to pay extra for "the good coffee" - the good coffee was "Lilly's" normally available at Tesco. What is then the "normal coffee" offered to all guests paying on average around £300 per night for family of three? WHAT A JOKE!!!! We have met a British couple who ended up camping for almost entire day in the restaurant as there was not enough sunbeds available. The management's explanation was that the due to the Covid the had to reduce the number of the sunbeds to 65%, the hotel looks in fact occupied to 80-90% of the normal capacity. Our travel agents organised our flight at 2:30 am, we have arrived around 6 am and were informed that rooms will be available around 3-4 pm - what's the point??? Most of our group ended up waiting with their luggage in the stuffy lobby with no air-con, no water was offered to anybody. At times very long queues for the meals. Very, very disappointing experience.

Far far away from a 5 stars resort.... The food is of a bad quality one. The internet...a big problem, even on the mobile network. If you know what it means "5 stars"...you have to avoid this property. Very bad experience!

Nice hotel and very clean. Rooms are regularly tidied up. However, the food choice is very poor and there is no entertainment for the children. The all inclusive drinks are the usual low quality. On some evenings we went out for dinner to the local restaurants.The safe box in the room comes with additional charge, not just a deposit. I wouldn't give the hotel more than 3- 3.5 stars. If we ever come back it will not be on all inclusive basis.

5 stars in the folder, 2-3 stars in reality. Old furnishings, poorly equipped rooms. Staff barely friendly. Quite a distance from the beach. Small facility inside the hotel containing swimming pool, sunbeds, pool bar and restaurant. All-inclusive meal service very poor. Deposit taken during check-in, paid safe box in the room. Cleaning of the door every 2-3 days (!). Horrible smell in the toilet if not ventilated. Dirty sun beds on the balcony. I don't recommend this hotel for longer stay.

Hotel is good, but has not enough service staff. I'd say that there should be 2 times less visitors and it would be perfect. For now - 3 stars. It is really annoying when you cant eat because there is either no tables or plates left... Bartender in the green polo shirt is one of the best things in this Hotel.

Food is cold.ok if u like salad. Deserts great. Towels like cardboard. Stayed 10 days n didn't change bedding.
