V	Vlad Iordachescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice outdoor spaces, nice indoor spaces but the rooms are tight and the furniture looks cheap. I had TV in the room, but no antena or cable signal. And I believe that a working TV is mandatory for a 4 stars rating..

Hotel is old, interior is old, food is boring (in Greece which shouldn't be possible), sunbeds on the beach are for a charge (in an all inclusive hotel), the all inclusive alcohol is beer (Ok), wine (bad), softdrinks (only with sugar), soda and 10 cocktails that are overly sweet and with watered down alcohol. Just avoid this place, it is not worth it!
A	Albena Staneva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Galaxy beach resort from 04.09 to 11.09.2021. This is the worst hotel I've ever been. The hotel in my opinion is max 3 * not 5 . Only the beach is 5 . Interior is old and cheap. Worn sheets and towels with holes.The food is monotonous and tasteless. The refrigerator in the room is empty. There is not even a bottle of water in the room. Bad Wifi.There was a constant noise of ventilation on the terrace. The staff is friendly, but this cannot compensate for the poor management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ?
A	Angelika R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only one positive thing to say - hotel is located just on the bank of the sea which is great. But there are way more negative sides. Hotel supposedly is 5 star (wonder which scale are they using though ...) but it's definitely not worth more than 3. Interior is old-fashioned (so so 90's), and devastated. Towels which were once white now are grey and have ragged edges because they are so ancient old. Probably still using the same towels from 1975 when the hotel opened. Food is tasteless and boring, mostly meat, very few veggie options. Kids were eating pizza and french fries all damn week ? Room we stayed in was so small that we could barely go round the bed. Pillow cover had stains on it. I would really advise against choosing this hotel.
T	Tomasz Łapszyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well...it was our 2nd stay here and we are planning on the 3rd one...and it could be the end of this opinion :-) As for details - this is not the best hotel I've been to. This not the cleanest hotel, not most luxury, not top class food and not so on... However, this is the most convenient hotel I used to stay at. Everything here is right in the place it should be. Want to swim in the pool or in the sea? Go ahead, they are both right there. Want to take a break from your children - just send them to one of two playgrounds and sip your drink just watching them. Want to enjoy the sunset? Just take a seat at the roof bar. Want to eat dinner at the table with sea view - just take seat. Want to go for a party in some high class night club? It's just 10 minutes walk away. All this combined with helpful staff and Greek summer which truly is a state of mind, make a great combination of a place worth going to :-) I do recommend this hotel!

He opened the bar especially for us as we arrived after opening houres and the breakfast was great. A big thank to you all.
D	Douglas Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. 5 star hotel this is definitely NOT, only reason for the 5 stars is to collect the tourism tax only. The food is not inviting in any form. Breakfast, lunch and dinner ,have yet to have any hot food served up on the buffet. The biggest queue is for the microwave oven to warm your own food up. The food concoctions I have no idea what taste they are trying to cater for as when watching others trying to choose their food. Amazing how many plates are collected with so much food still left on them were people taste it then leave it. This should speak volumes in its failure to the management team.
