★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενοικιάσαμε αυτοκίνητο απο την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία το βράδυ της 6.8.18. ΄Οταν παραλάβαμε το αυτοκίνητο (σε αποσταση περίπου 2 χλμ απο το αεροδρόμιο) διαπιστώσαμε ότι τα φώτα πορείας της μεσαίας σκάλας δεν λειτουργούσαν. Ενημερώσαμε την υπεύθυνη η οποία μετά απο συζήτηση κατέληξε και επέμενε να μας λέει να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα ψηλά φώτα για να φτάσουμε στον προορισμό μας (2.5 ώρες ταξίδι απο την Αθήνα στις 00.15 ξημερώματα 7.8.18) και ότι δεν μπορούσε να κάνει τίποτα για αυτό. Στις 00.30 τελικά αποφάσισε - και αφού για εμάς ήταν αδιανόητο να οδηγούμε το βράδυ με τα ψηλά φώτα σε ένα άγνωστ ο για εμάς δρόμο - να μας πεί να καλέσουμε την οδική βοήθεια η οποία ήρθε γύτω στις 01.00. Ο τεχνικός της οδικής βοήθειας μετά απο 45 λεπτά προσπάθειας μας είπε ότι τα φώτα του αυτοκινήτου δεν μπορούσαν να φτιαχτούν επί τόπου και ότι το αυτοκίνητο έπρεπε να πάει στο συνεργείο. Το αυτοκίνητο είπε "είναι ακατάλληλο για να κυκλοφορεί στο δρόμο". Τα ίδια είπε και στην εκπρόσωπο του astra car rentals, η οποία επέμενε ότι δεν μπορούσε να κάνει κάτι ούτε να στείλει άλλο αυτοκίνητο για να χρησιμοποιήσουμε αυτό. Ανάμεσα σ΄άλλα η κυρία αυτή μας είπε ότι " με το συμβόλαιο που μόλις υπογράψατε δεν έχετε κανένα δίκαιο" ... και πληρώσαμε συμβόλαιο με πλήρη ασφάλεια και κάλυψη...
Μετά απο πολλές συζητήσεις (της είχα αναφέρει ότι θα καλούσα την αστυνομία αν δεν μας έφερναν άλλο αυτοκίνητο ή να μας έδειναν τα χρήματα μας πίσω ) στις 02.30 το πρωί έστειλαν κάποιο οδηγό να μας πάει πίσω στο αεροδρόμιο - μας επέστρεψαν τα 600 ευρώ που είχαμε πληρώσει - και να ενοικιάσουμε απο κεί αυτοκίνητο.
Στις 03.15 το πρωί ενοικιάσαμε άλλο αυτοκίνητο και πλέον είχαμε να αντιμετωπίσουμε τον χρόνο διότι είχαμε 2.5 τουλάχιστον ώρες δρόμο και ένα καράβι να προλάβουμε. Η ταλαιπωρία της οικογένειας μου (με 2 παιδιά) λόγω της ανικανότητας κάποιων να αναλάβουν τις ευθύνες τους ήταν μεγάλη. Η ειρωνεία και τα σχόλια της κυρίας αυτής δυστυχώς δεν αρμόζουν σε υπάλληλο .
 We rented a car from this company on the night of 6.8.18. When we picked up the car (about 2 km from the airport) we found that the traffic lights of the middle staircase were not working. We informed the manager who after discussion ended up and insisted on telling us to use the high beams to reach our destination (2.5 hours trip from Athens at 00.15 am 7.8.18) and that she could not do anything about it. At 00.30 he finally decided - and since it was unthinkable for us to drive at night with high lights on a road unknown to us - to tell us to call the roadside assistance which came around 01.00. The roadside technician told us after 45 minutes of effort that the car lights could not be repaired on site and that the car had to go to the workshop. The car said "it is unsuitable for driving on the road". He told the representative of astra car rentals the same, who insisted that he could not do anything or send another car to use it. Among other things, this lady told us that "with the contract you just signed you have no right" ... and we paid a contract with full security and coverage ...
After many discussions (I had told her that I would call the police if they did not bring us another car or show us our money back) at 02.30 in the morning they sent a driver to take us back to the airport - they returned the 600 euros we had paid - and rent a car from there.
At 03.15 in the morning we rented another car and now we had to face the time because we had at least 2.5 hours on the road and a boat to catch up. The suffering of my family (with 2 children) due to the inability of some to take on their responsibilities was great. Unfortunately, this lady's irony and comments are not appropriate for an employee.

I use them every time I'm in Athens, because I know that I can communicate with the owners like human beings and they are not trying to rip me off - on the contrary, on the one or two occasions I had an issue with the rental they were incredibly helpful, available, and understanding.
