★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε τηλεφωνική μου επικοινωνία (είχα από καιρό πληρώσει προκαταβολή) μέχρι και την προηγούμενη ημέρα της ενοικίασης δεν γνώριζαν τι αυτοκίνητο θα μου διαθέσουν. Τελικά μου εμφάνισαν αυτοκίνητο με αυτόματο κιβώτιο χωρίς να έχω προηγούμενη εμπειρία. Το αντιπαρήλθα αυτό. Επέστρεψα το όχημα και υπήρχαν ψίχουλα στο πίσω κάθισμα, μου ζήτησε ο υπάλληλος να πληρώσω 90 ευρώ βιολογικό καθαρισμό!!! Στο τέλος μου έκανε και "χάρη" να το πάω για πλύσιμο και να το επιστρέψω (είχα πληρώσει ήδη 420 ευρώ για την ενοικίαση). Πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία, δεν νομίζω να ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω το γραφείο τους.
 In my telephone communication (I had paid a deposit for a long time) until the day before the rental they did not know what car they would give me. Eventually they showed me a car with an automatic transmission without any previous experience. I countered this. I returned the vehicle and there were crumbs in the back seat, the employee asked me to pay 90 euros for biological cleaning !!! In the end he did me a "favor" to take it for washing and return it (I had already paid 420 euros for the rent). Very bad experience, I do not think I will use their office again.

I am thankful to all but most to Mr. Antonis, for his kindness and professionalism. From now on Viden will be the only choice whenever I need to rent a car.
