J	JJ P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented a car from this place, I have requested a non smoking car from the staff, getting into a car with a smell of cigarette , staff member spray deodorant or similar, I have no choice and I start my trip, not a good start. Mid trip, the car cant start as the battery in the remote control is dead, no key to start the car (I think it is a Bluetooth connection),placing the remote key next to the steering wheel is working but after many trials/not always . Calling support, waiting for 2.5 hours for help, help come ,without battery to the remote... We had to cut our places we wanted to visit in half so we will not stack in the middle of the road with no reception. On top of that, at 4 AM on the way to the airport, the car, again, will not start for 15 min, panic mode. Lodged a complaint, was told that I got a cheap price, no further action. I would never rent again from this car rental. Also, Enterprise customer support said they are not in a position to help.

I checked with a lot of companies nearby but finally decided to book with Enterprise. They have good packages for rental + insurance. The vehicles are new and reliable. I had booked a 2020 Toyota Corolla. Special mention: Ms. Christiana, who was very sweet and helpful when I went for the pick up . She was genuinely worried when I misplaced my 2 car seats somewhere before renting the car and offered to give me one and she was really happy when I found my car seats. Unfortunately I could not meet her when I went to return the car. Ms. Ioanna at checkout was similarly polite and ensured a very quick checkout for us. The guy who gave me the rates when I went to inquire was very nice too.. They even allowed us to use their private restroom as we had kids with us.. Appreciate all the kindness in a foreign country!
