Perfect hotel! Great location (close to all main interesting places of Crete). Very good beach. A lot of good profi in the hotel team (special thanks for dark-haired lady, originally from Albania. Bar team in the restoraunt is just super) Food is very high quality. Not too many russians. I do recommend!

We had taken a different rooms cause in first water dropped from ceiling but in second doors made of a glass and that was cannot to lock I'm even don't say about key. But rooms are clean, good food and quite kind emloyers. Location I'm not sure.

Nice hotel, overall the installations were pretty nice and well preserved in a relatively nice location near the beach. Roughly 300m across the main street. The personal at the desk was very kind and helpful all the time always with an smile even below the face masks :). I think one of the best part of it. There are 2 swimming pools , the main one with animations and a bar, the water is a bit salty but the pool is really nice with the perfect temperature. The animators did a great job keeping the right mood and entertaining the hosts at the pool or with some games in the hotel. The second pool was much more quite, with a small pool for kids, very enjoyable. Also a multifunctional court for tennis, basket, etc... is available and equipment can be borrowed at the reception, although not in very good quality (tennis rackets were in very bad shape). For the kids it was very nice, that they have a kids club, were they can do several activities with one of the animators, including a kids-disco after dinner. The lady was just perfect for the job and my kids loved her and the dancing. The food was quite good and tasteful. I enjoy that they manage even after 12 days not to bored me... so every day was something "different" you could pick. The room (near the second pool) was spacious with a nice view and a relatively quite, although you could listen almost any flushing in the night. The one thing to really improve is the cleaning of the rooms, the toilet in the room has no ventilation and therefore mold smell gets quite everywhere in the room. Also, not to sound that due to the beach sand gets everywhere and if the room is not cleaned is quite obnoxious. They did changed the towels every 2 days, but they did a proper cleaning only once in 12 days (around the 3-4 day). Also, the personnel cleaning in the restaurant was quite rude and impolite, taking your plate and othera while you eating. Literally still eating - just putting a spoon in your mouth and a guy taking the plate, also quite obnoxious. This are the main reasons I can give a 5 stars. Other than that it was a nice stay that I have enjoyed with my family. Thank you.

Good vacations, perfect place and nice hotel

Rooms: The rooms are very modern and spacious with a good working AC. The bathroom could use some ventilation. The room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived. The tiles had smudges, random hairs everywhere, as well as on the bed. You can hear everything when in your room. The neighbor two rooms down sitting on the toilet. The people working in the kitchen - even though your room is absolutely nowhere near the kitchen. So to say, sleep wasn’t very good, woke up every hour because guest where going to their rooms or the kitchen had work done. No towels but for showering. Which is nowhere mentioned so we arrived without towels and didn’t have any pool/beach towels for a week. Pool: there’s two pools. The main pool up at the Hotel and another smaller and quiet one a small walk down the street. The main pool is nice and big but doesn’t have clear water, it’s kinda yellowish, the temperature is fine. The smaller pool has crystal clear water but is a bit colder. Food: Breakfast: everything is cold, from the eggs, bacon, to the porridge, even right at 7:30 when breakfast starts. The cut lunch meat wasn’t edible. Lunch: Again, cold food mostly except what they make right in front of you - fries, chicken nuggets, burger patties Dinner: Probably the best out of the three. Again though - cold. The best was the freshly made pizza and whatever was grilled freshly. They don’t know what salt or seasoning in general is. Half of the food had no labeling and the ones that did, weren’t even accurate. Desserts: Horrible. Overly sweet and fake fruit flavors. Drinks: Just soda drinks. From breakfast until dinner all you can get is Coca Cola or Fanta. No juice whatsoever. They have 100 of oranges cut up as a fruit side for each meal, instead of cutting them up, they could offer some juice - especially for kids. Many where drinking cola for breakfast -.- Hotel: Very modern, nice staff, big. However the hotel is crowded by Russians and everything is steered towards them, entertainment info isn’t even provided in any other language but Russian. They only speak Russian.

This August y.2021 our family had the luck to get the room at Atali Grand Resort. Great service and smiles of stuff truly made our stay most comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious. We'd love to stay there again.

Nice middle size hotel near sea and beach. Beautifull sea, hill, swimming pool views. Hotel is situated in peaceful small village. Rooms are comfortable and cleaning is done regularly. Food is served in buffet restaurant. There is many varieties of food, but they are quite the same everyday. Taste is normal, not very special. Hotel is suitable for children too. Service works and people are friendly.

The hotel is very nice Housing clean food great for everyone I recommend staying here around the beautiful scenery there is a very nice swimming pool with clean water there are attractions animations for children for adults also very much and there are tennis tables different really what you can do in your free time whether by the pool or next to it also a cafe Where to sit and just chat, make friends with different people.
