G	Gary Trueman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed for 7 days there and it was the most relaxing experience in a long time. Food was excellent, the waiters are young and sociable (also the bosses). Very close to the beach and there gardens set a path to it like a true vacation. Recomend the gardens if you want to relax or take a nap in the afternoon.

Hotel is on the beach, everything was amazing: pleasant staff, clean rooms, swimming pool, food. Hotel was full all the time but even ones we did not feel there is too many people, just opposite we had a feeling we were alone. It is great for kids also. Calm, peaceful, near to beautiful city Rethymno for evening walks and also not far away from Heraklion. Good start point for exploring Crete. All recommendations. We will come back for sure.

M	Menia Laina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Exceptional staff across the board, clean, modern and beautiful rooms. The food is really good both at breakfast and dinner and with great variety and local delicatessens. The beach is right across the street, sandy, shallow and pretty. It can get too busy at times, but Crete has great places to explore! It’s definitely more like a 4star hotel. WiFi connection is also great. I worked from there for a while with no internet issues at all.

The room was clean and cosy, we got fresh towels everyday, breakfast was diverse and delicious - and the staff very friendly. They took the luggage for us to our room. We wish we had a terrace towards the sea but seeing their beautiful pool each evening while drinking beer was ok for us. The parking, though, is a problem because during the day many use the hotel's parking spots - non-clients. Luckily, we only had problems finding a spot once since we were gone during daylight. I would personally return here next time I visit Crete. Thank you, Bali Star!
D	Darius Popa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a nice location, very close to the local beach, 1 minute walking distance. I give 3 stars because we had a "Sea view" room, but the view was a construction site and between the concrete pillars, you could see the sea. The food is tasty and quite a big variety. Staff is really friendly and always helpful. In case you take a room with pool access, please be aware that the pools is very small. Also in our room there was no wardrobe, just a shelve where we can put our stuff. The biggest disappointment is the "Sea view". I wouldn't book again here. You can find way more nicer places for the same price. In case you have a troller or big luggages, be aware that there are some stairs that you have to climb. It's not very convenient for baby trolley.

Nice bars and restaurants around. Delicious breakfast and dinner (buffet) I highly recommend this hotel in Crete, very well situated between Heraklion and Rethymnon.

It was early in the season and really quiet. Easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, there were some constructions across the street, but it wasn't too disturbing. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Nice terrace to enjoy the sunshine during breakfast. Can definitely recommend this place.
