★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at this hotel was good. This is not a five stars hotel (more a 4 stars hotel): one has to carry his own baggages, the choice of food for the breakfast is limited, there is any water boiler in the room as well as glases, the fridge is empty. If someone needs something (a blanket, to repair a lamp, ect), simply ask. However, the price for the room is correct and they clean it very well, they offer spa treatments, organise car rentals and appointments with a medical center if necessary, and give good suggestions for restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After last years cancellation due to Covid we were thrilled to be able to visit Santorini and this hotel. We stayed in the Superior Suite with Outdoor Jetted Tub - Split Level and the room was so lovely, spacious and clean.
Pros
- Room and hotel was spotless.
- Both reception staff were very helpful.
- Perfect location for the beach.
- Nice swimming pool/bar area.
Cons
- Cold Jacuzzi meant we didn't use it for the entirety of the stay.
- You have to request to get your room cleaned 24 hours before due to Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star hotel at best. Not luxury as described. Room images misleading. Service substandard. Manager refuses to provide resolution and failed to even look at concerns of room. Dirty and dated room, "bed sheet" was considered "comforter". Ignored for 48 hours and then remained hidden in office to avoid dealing with the complaint. Several other complaints at the time by other guests. Not worth $600 a night. Avoid at all costs - there are better properties that actually provide "hospitality".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is a 5 star hotel I think that the rating must be out of 10. The room was nothing special, similar to an average premier inn but I had paid extra for one with a hot tub. The hot tub was feeding cold and under a canopy so received no hear from the sun which made it unusable. The breakfasts were terrible, a cold buffet with stray cats wandering around. The spa was great for a relaxing massage but I would recommend saving your money and going almost anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent some days during august 2021.
I was very disappointing…
Arrive during the evening, welcomed by a kind receptionist.
The room was not « luxury » at all, noisy, you can hear every time the neighbors open and close their doors.
Because of covid the room was empty and had to ask everything at the reception.
The private pool was located in front of an electric pylon and view on the road/street.
Breakfast is poor, not to much choice.
Didn’t spent time in the hotel pool because never had a chance to have a space for two…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antoperla Hotel & Spa
I recently stayed at the Antoperla Hotel & Spa with a friend for a 4 night girls getaway.
The hotel itself is one of a kind beautiful, everything is pristine and so clean.
We arrived to find that our booking wasn’t as expected, which we were quite upset about (considering my friend hasn’t been away for over 8 years). We contacted our travel agent as we were given a double room with balcony (instead of a room with a jacuzzi) and everything was sorted in less than 18 hours, and the hotel upgraded us to a double story room with pool - again, so clean and absolutely perfect for us, although as the weather was only around 20° the pools weren’t warm enough to swim in.
Once we had moved we really started to enjoy the holiday, we didn’t have to wake up any earlier than 9:30am as breakfast is served until 11:00am - a buffet style breakfast consisted of a selection of cold meats, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, cheese, salad and cakes, along with a delicious cooked breakfast option.
Staff were very pleasant, although due to our unforeseen circumstances in the beginning I did clash with reception in regards to the wrong booking being made (stating different for each of us). They did agree they would feel the same, and as soon as they were able to; they upgraded our room.
We didn’t try the spa, unfortunately we didn’t really have enough time as we wanted to explore and get a little sunbathing in before we had to fly home.
The beach isn’t even a two minute walk from the hotel. There are also LOTS of fabulous places to eat and drink nearby, that also don’t cost the earth. The hotel bar and restaurant is quite expensive as well, as it would be at a 5* star hotel.
Overall, I’d definitely give the hotel a 4.5* rating out of 5… and that’s only because we didn’t get a chance to try the spa and the pools could’ve been warmer for the cooler periods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a week at this hotel in the middle of May. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff who work at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed chatting to Timos who works behind the bar and would often end our evening with a cocktail or two before heading back to our room.
We had a room with a private pool and it was stunning, everything about it was perfect and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was plentiful and always fresh when we sat down to eat. I would recommend the hotel as a great place to stay - so many nice places on the beach close by as well.
