★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife stayed here in 2014 over the summer holiday. The rooms were very basic, but comfortable, always very clean. The staff were the most friendly people I have ever meet, always making you want a settled and happy. The bar and pool area were super clean and just a truly beautiful place.
Short walk from the hotel to the beach, bars, town area which was always booming with people and some amazing vibes.
The best holiday we have been on by far. That was more down to the fact I asked her to marry me in our time there.
We would recommend The Athena Apartments to absolutely anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't stay, buy you pay for hard beds, waste bin clearance and a very nice pool, but the beds are never made, rooms never cleaned and you have to go shopping for the loo rolls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly helpful staff especially Joanna & Maria. it is basic, but that’s what we expected and it was a great improvement on some apartments we’ve stayed in. We found it lovely & clean, bin emptied daily, towels when needed & bedding once a week, which was fine. Nothing was too much trouble, the bar food was lovely and very reasonably priced. There are ample sun beds & brollies, we never had a problem. We met some lovely people who returned year after year. An easy 10 min stroll ( for 3 over 60’s ladies) to the beach and main beach road, Maria’s supermarket and George’s restaurant are only 5 mins away. All in all a very nice place to stay.
