Very good hotel, I had perfect 2 weeks there. I just want to suggest all - go there. Calm area, not crowded good for couples or families.

Spotless, staff are amazing, lovely location with everything close by. Would highly recommend, spa is amazing with so much choice in the hotel.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Blue Sea Beach and Spa The General Manager couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs. His attention to detail and care for his guests was brilliant. He liased with the excellent Front Reception Manager to allocate us a beautiful sea view room which was easy to access which really made our holiday. From the moment we arrived we were given a warm welcome by the Reception team. Then given a refreshing drink and warm hand towels after our long journey from the concierge and our cases taken to our room for us. The interior of the main building and all areas of the hotel were well furnished with beautiful flowers displayed all around including in our room. High standards of cleanliness were evident everywhere. Our bedroom was very comfortable with sheets changed every three days. The lady who cleaned our room took great pride in her work and the room was spotless. The outside furniture was excellent with table chairs and loungers on the terrace which we utilised daily. There a lovely welcome gift in the room of wine and fruit on our arrival too. All the staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly and hard working . The hotel served a wide variety of dishes in the dining room served by lovely staff who all had a warm welcome for the guests. The lounge and terrace bar were a pleasure to sit in. There was a wide range of drinks served within the All Inclusive package by a great team of staff. We enjoyed the evening entertainment which was varied and of a high standard. The hotel is located on the sea front with stunning views and set in beautiful gardens and grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and thank the Managent and staff for their excellent service and look forward to returning. Many thanks Mr and Mrs Hodson

Got here for a week long stay last week with two rooms booked. Upon arrival the receptionist checked us in but as it was late the security staff helped us with our bags and made sure we had some water / orange juice. The rooms were spacious and to a higher standard of decor with only the bathroom being a little small as the only issue. The cleaner made sure the rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day and she did a great job. The pools were all great and clean but I can imagine them to get busy during the high season as they are slightly small. Aquarobics was great fun! Restaurant food was to an excellent standard and catered for everyone. The staff in there were friendly, helpful and really did look after you even if they were busy. Kostas on the pool bar was very nice gentlemen and provided drinks really quickly considering he was on his own. The hotel bar felt abit clinical but once again the staff on there were great and really looked after you. Location - the beach was really well positioned and the sun beds are free if you are on an all inclusive deal and you are approx 200m from Stalis where there are plenty of options for food and drink. All in all, a great stay and great for anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay.

We love this hotel, we came here 4yrs ago and returned this year . It is in a great location right opposite a sandy beach with shops and bars within walking distance . The food is excellent especially the bistro where two lovely waitresses Stella and Lavinha made us feel welcome and guided us through the comprehensive menu. The buffet style restaurant has a multi international feel and is of high standard too . We enjoyed the Greek dancers and the guitarist and keyboard player in the evening. Outside the hotel is a bus stop so you can easy get to Hersonisos or Malia .

Stayed with my daughter and my mum and aunt, we had a suite and they had a bungalow (with direct access to the pool) both rooms were fantastic well appointed and spotlessly clean. Perfectly situated right on the beach front and 2 minute walk to the main strip. The reading for the 4, the food was not great and myself and daughter only ate in the restaurant once, there is so much better choice in stalis. There was a small bridge which got really slippy and was dangerous for my elderly relatives.

Have just spent 2 weeks at the Blue Sea Beach with my husband. The hotel was in a good location with in easy walking distance of small village. The hotel very clean and well attended to, the lay out excellent but most of all I would like to say that the staff, all the staff were absolutely fantastic, pleasant, smiling and helpful. If there was any negatives the buffet food could be warmer, it was well presented and very tasty with plenty of variety. My husband would like to give a special shout out to George the bar man who had a great sense of humour and a fantastic memory. Cheers and Regards Sandy and Morgan Rokitta

Great hotel, lovely food, friendly staff. All inclusive drinks aren't great to be honest, using horrible cheap spirits, cocktails weren't the best..... Pools are great. Rooms are nice and clean, service staff are good. The kids club was great, our 4&7year olds loved it. Brilliant views of the sea, although the beach in front of the hotel is very small. We went as a family and would return.
