There's a beautiful cultural center/municipality park right by the hotel. It's about a 20 minute walk and worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's next to the major roadway (typical city noise). it is in poorish area but perfect for walking distance to attractions. The hotel itself looked great. Breakfast was kinda below what I would expect but it may just be me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best value for money hotels in Athens. Very close to the centre, good facilities, polite staff and an excellent manager. We booked a company event in the hotel and had a great time but also, the best prices in Athens. Thank you Athens Avenue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and clean rooms, conveniently located with easy access to either side of the city (center or south). Basic services provided (room service only till 10:30 pm) . Breakfast has a good variety of items but must be updated. My room has a very small window and wasn't as bright, I'm sure rooms facing the front and side facade are much more appealing. TV screen size must be increased. No complimentary water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated hotel. Very cozy & comfortable rooms. Shower was small, but we'll done, with good water pressure. Right across from a beautiful church. Very nice hot breakfast buffet that was included with our package. And we had an excellent evening meal in their restaurant. Staff are very friendly & attentive.
