This is an amazing place with wonderful staff and rooms. It’s nice and not far from the “inner” city. We were taking very good care of and the staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming. We loved over stay here and will definitely come back if we come to Athens again. There is also a pool witch has a wonderful view over the city both in the night time and in the day view. It’s very pretty and elegant and new. The service is great and we loved our rooms. There is no restaurant or anything like that, but great ways to get food delivered right to your hotel room by other restaurants and apps. We would definitely recommend. - from your friends of 13

You definitely get more than what you spend for. Very big rooms, with kitchen, sofa and wide balcony. Modern/neutral style, clean in general with good lighting. Nice swimming pool on the roof with beautiful view on the Parthenon.

Perfect location , lots of nice hipster breakfast cafés nearby. Super bright rooms with beautiful views. Very friendly staff

Very comfy. Good service. Polite staff. Just 1 little detail. In bed, no way to switch off the light. No bedside light. So you need to walk in the dark... picture from pool. Stunning view

We found multiple cockroaches in our room around midnight. When we complained to the front desk, they gave us a bottle of bug spray (not even roach spray) and that was it. There was "nothing else they could do." They didn't help us in the morning either and didn't give us a refund/discount. There's also no shampoo, only body wash in the bathrooms. I will never go back.

A great value hotel. Awesome pool on the roof, excellent service. A couple of minor improvements to the room (reading light, bedside table) would have made it perfect.

1. The water in the bath has almost zero pressure, bad plumping, it also smelled bad in the toilet. Something was wrong there also with the smell. 2. They cleaned the room only 2 nights of the total 4 I stayed so service was not good. 3. The were also very unprofessional, lacking the basic standards of communication at the front desk as I stayed there for 70€ a night for 4 nights, decided to extend 1 more night and agreed with the manager on my way out in the morning and when i got back late afternoon they told me the price was 118€ which I didn’t agree to in the first place. I asked the receptionist to speak to the manager about this and ask him to correct this as I never agreed to it, but the receptionist Said the manager is “busy” and would not call him!!! and instead, because we couldn’t agree she called the police to ask them what we should do, ( I didn’t agree on the higher amount of 118). Police came and I agreed to pay a late check out fee of 50€ because I was so tired to pay them and that was 2/3 of what I paid all other nights! This cost was not even written on their web site or anywhere, she just imposed it which shows enough… I’m writing this review so that reasonable people can read and make up their minds about making a choice to go there. So very low standards overall imho. Otherwise the hotel has good views but many hotels have those anyway that have implacable premises and services at the same price.

The view from the pool is out of this world. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bedding was really nice too. And the balcony was lovely for sitting to write or have a drink. I arrived so tired after my red eye and this was a wonderful place to get some rest. Two tiny things: the handles on the bathroom sink are quite sharp! If you are clumsy like me you’ll need to be careful. Also I could hear guests next door in the evening. Personally I find a little bit of noise charming but if you want absolute silence you might not be as okay with this. The street is quiet overall and the neighborhood felt safe. The supermarket next door is wonderfully stocked. Amazing coffee and tasty croissants in the morning! Overall a really great deal for what you pay. Would love to come back and stay here again.
