★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern clean hotel with large rooms. We had a sitting room and a bedroom. It caters to tour groups, so expect to see hordes of people and suitcases in the lobby. There is a lovely pool on the roof. The location is not central to the antiquities, but it's only a 20 minute walk to the archaeological museum. There is a small park very close, lined with nice restaurants and cafes, not expensive, with good food and a mostly Greek clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a bus tour of Greece, started here and ended here. After staying in many other hotels along the way, we looked forward to returning to Zafolia. By far the best hotel we stayed in during our time in Greece. If we did a return trip to Athens, we would definitely stay here. Great restaurant, great staff, clean rooms, rooftop bar with an excellent view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean comfortable room.Lady at front desk went above and beyond to help us .She made a phone call for us to make arrangements for a test we required.She wrote down place and talked with the taxi driver to make sure he knew where to drive us to.It all went smoothly thanks to her.We have never had such friendly, caring,concern from a front desk person in all our travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really nice time staying in Zafolia Hotel during our ten days in athens. We stayed in a lovely suite called the Olympic suite which had a really large balcony and lovely room space with living area and all items that you would require while on holiday. The hotel had a lovely breakfast which had many options for everyone. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and went out of their way for their guests and customers. There was a particular staff member called Giota who worked by the fabulous rooftop swimming pool who did everything with a smile and was always helpful. The location was very good and we could walk to Plaka very easily and city center, also a taxi is an option only 3-5 mins. I would highly recommend this hotel for your holiday
