β β β β β Nice little appartment, we got penthouse on the 6th floor. Great views of Athens and even can see Acropolis. Appartment is close to Metro station, many restaurants/cafe and Bread Factory (must visit cafe), also walkable distance to Markets (1km) and Syntagma and Monastiraki square (2km)
Great customer service from property managers.

β β β β β First, I booked a 60 m2 apartment, but they said that due to some renovations that happened recently the 2 bedroom apartment we booked was split into two different apartments.
Then, they offered me an option in "Connect suites", 24 Karolou. I told them that I wanted the same type of apartment that is to say a 60m2 apartment. They said that was ok.
When we arrived during the night, the truth was that the apartment was smaller, it was for 4 people instead of 6.
We wanted a non smoking place because we had two children and the flat smelt smoke during the whole stay.
The remote control of the air conditioning didn't work.
There was no microwave, no free water, no fruit , no coffee as mentioned in their ad.
Two plugs didn't work and the big carpet was dirty.
When I went to the office to know why we didn't have the apartment, they apologized but it was not possible to refund or to change the apartment.
I talked with two different people and the answer was the same.
So, if you definetely want to enjoy your holidays without any problems, don't go there.

β β β β β Large room with decent balcony at a great price! Location was okay, we walked 30+ mins to reach the main food and drink areas. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, offering us lots of ideas for things to do and see. Would recommend.

β β β β β Convenient location (not the prettiest neighbourhood) but still not far from the historic places easy metro, bus, tram links. Great tidy comfy rooms helpful staff great price. Good base for exploring Athens.

β β β β β I WATCHED THE OWNER PUNCH A GUEST IN THE FACE. Yes you read that correctly.
I would give negative stars if I could, I've never experienced anything like this place. My wifi did not work whatsoever, they would not refund me or let me cancel my 4-day booking (I booked here to work/couldn't without wifi), and while I was arguing in the lobby with them for my money back, two other British guests were arguing to get their security deposit back. The owner of the place, got up, suckerpunched one of the guests in the face (holding his iphone) making him bleed everywhere in the lobby, and then ran out the door.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
