β β β β β We paid deposit and make agreement for rent a car and we went to pick it up,the lady said that they already give it away...explaining was confusing. Very bad to sit with luggage muddle of street.....

β β β β β Don't go there! 2 Times she promised us a car and all of a sudden there was no car left. It was a waste of time and now that i read about the experience of other customers, i'm really glad we couldn't rent anything!

β β β β β We rented a fiat dublo for 6 persons. Since the price was very low we did not expect much. But we did ask specifically for a working air conditioning and if all insurance will be included in the promised price. In both cases we got lied about. We had to pay an extra 10 euro for insurance and sweated like pigs in the cretan sun because of the broken air conditioning (light was on but only warm air was blowing). That's why we shortened our traveling and were very disappointed.

β β β β β HUGE SCAM!! This place is an absolute rip off. The contract is an absolute joke. Fines and Penalties for everything, the "special insurance" covers nothing. The advertised price is 10β¬/day, nowhere near what we ended up paying in the end. Fuel tanks were empty, the quad broke down twice. Not much more to say - STAY AWAY!!

The old lady is a thief and lier. We rented a car from her, she gave us a Hyundai Getz that she said was in perfect condition with insurance included. However, the insurance was not included and the car was in a horrible condition. Mechanically speaking, the reverse gear had serious problems and the car would simply not go in reverse, the headlights didnβt work properly, and we found a wasp hive in one of the side view mirrors with 10βs of wasps flying at us in the middle of the road. We agreed on renting the car for 10 days but on the 6th day the old lady called us to return the car to her and she would give us another one instead. She said that another client was interested in the car so she wanted to give us another one. When we returned the car she told us to leave without giving us another car. She lied to us in the contract and about the car exchange. Stay away from her she is a thief. We have filed a police report against her.

β β β β β DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE.
We rented 3 quads from them and was forced to refill the gas. They give you the quads with little to no gas. Then they "check" the wheels air pressure and will ask you to refill the wheels with air aswell, for a price. It's almost as if this scam is directly played from a script. Avoid at all cost.

β β β β β Keep far from this place. Itβs real fraud! First you see price and when ask they tell you that it includes everything: rent, full insurance, service. After you sign agreement they take your money, but donβt give you a rest, taking 10 euros more for insurance (you donβt understand she says:D). In all questions you ask for exect green quad and she confirm, but when all documents ready, they give you other oldest quadbike that have no fuel. They promise you, that you could arrive to petroleum station. Then you depart and engine stops on road. You push bike manually to the side and go to buy bottle with fuel. Whey bike on the run you put full of fuel to donβt stop ever again on the road, but after next couple of kilometers engine stalls with strange noise. The come to repair it, but when you have full day of problems with this bike and return it full (you will not go far on old broken bike with damaged engine, non working speedometer and turn signal), they donβt pay you for your expense for fuel you give them back. In the total you pay more, then you pay on any normal rent, but get day of troubles!

β β β β β One star is already too much.
We rented a quad for one day because the price seemed reasonable (10β¬ a day), however it was actually 20β¬, per person.
Well, we were already there so we took it anyway hoping everything it would be okay.
Well it wasn't.
First of all we had to pay for the full tank of gas and we couldn't even know the gas level because the display didn't work properly, also it only said 0 km/h all the time.
Weird noises apart, we reached a place not too far from Malia and when we decided to go back the quad broke down.
We called to tell them, it was really difficult to make them understand the situation but they still managed to come where we were. They tried to fix the quad but with no results so they brought us back in their van.
We asked to get part of the money back and guess what, the old lady was just so rude and mean. She told us "just come back tomorrow, I'll give you another one, this can happen sometimes" but then we noticed all the reviews and we just wanted our money back.
But of course, that didn't happen, because, as they say, "once you pay the money is gone".
Worst experience.
