β β β β β As an economic car I got Hyundai Atos. According to the millage it had 75kkm but it was so damaged that it looked like 275kkm. AC was not working as well as radio. While I was driving 100kph (downhill on a 'highway') I thought I die. Regularly you are able to drive more than 70-80 and consumption at this speed is 7-7,5l/100km. I don't expect M-B or BMW for this price but is Panda or Aygo/C1 that much? I definitely do not recommend. Worst car I ever hired.

The car was in very bad shape. And felt dangerous to drive.

β β β β β Run away. traveled half of the world, but that was the worst car rental company. Car I got was covered 160000km no kidding I'll upload a pictures bit later, car had no any straight panel. on the return owner aggressively start blaming us for off-road driving, and that the car in as dry place as Crete, being brought dusty. Been asked to pay 20 euros, not much but as you beeingng screemed on you know the holiday feel disappeared fast. I disagreed and went to car wash, to wash a rented car, which when I took had to use a wiper firts of all to clean my windshield.

β β β β β Not only the staff is very nice, but it also has wide knowledge in terms of advertising the most fascinating and beautiful places to visit on this island. We have received a quite new car. However for journey around Crete I would recommend asking for a more powerful car.

β β β β β I have found Malia at the internet, I booked a car, I received instantly an answer with the comfirmation and all the details.
The vehicle waited for me at the airport, it was clean, well maintained and finaly, very reliable.
They haven't requested any deposits or credit card details.
I was very satisfeid so I do recomend this agency to future Cretan guests.

β β β β β Rentes a Nissan Micra three days ago and picked it up in the evening. I paid the full amount for the car, but found out it was a really old car with 160.000 km on the meter. A lot was broken inside the car and the airco was not working properly; only one vent worked with the sou d of an airplain.
I drove the the Sissi office the 2nd day, but nobody was there. I called two phone numbers and left voicemails to contact me. We decided to continue the rent, driving with open windows.
I demanded a discount when i returned the car, but the female manager; Stalis, did not want to listen to the complaints. There was no compensation, not even a formal excuse.
I rented cars for years in Greece, but never received such a poor car and bad service.

β β β β β I was really happy with out car rental @ malia cars.
The booking was easy and the communication always quick, helpful und friendly! Mrs. Hanis is caring, on time and tries to make everything possible. We had a wonderful stay, she delivered the car to our hotel without any extra cost and let us keep the car for another two days spontanously, the price was fair!
I can really recommend Malia Cars. :)
