★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated only 100 metres away from Plaka’s beach, Athina offers accommodation with well-equipped kitchenette and free Wi-Fi throughout. Within a few metres, guests can reach a mini market, bars, taverns and a bus stop.
Athina Villas have a balcony, some enjoying views to the Cretan Sea and the island of Spinalonga. Each unit has a dining area, where guests can enjoy their meal. Other facilities include a satellite TV, air conditioning and safe.
An array of outdoor activities such as cycling and diving can be arranged upon charge. Massage treatment and laundry services are provided at extra charge.
The seaside town of Agios Nikolaos is 10 km away, while the popular resort of Elounda is at 5 km. The port to Spinalonga is 30 metres away. Free parking is available near the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of staying at the Athina Villas in Plaka. The owner Manolis made us feel very welcome. The rooms are very large and clean. The room we had over looked the water and had a huge balcony. They are situated in a small town called Plaka and are located in a great location, close to the beach and restaurents. The rooms are very quite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well situated holiday accommodation, set just back from the road that runs from Elounda to Plaka. We found the place ideal for a chilled out holiday.
Although no parking on site there is free 24 hour parking opposite Spinalonga Taverna.
We received a wonderful warm welcome and were shown around our apartment.
There was plenty of space outside and inside the apartment. In our apartment we found everything we could possibly need, including an iron, ironing board and even a first aid kit.
Bed linen and towels were changed frequently throughout our stay.
If I had to find something wrong the airer which is fixed to an outside wall, is very small and although there was only 2 of us, it couldn't cope with all our wet swimming gear and beach towels.
An added bonus is The Island café also owned by Manolis, situated at the front of the property where you can get breakfast, drinks and snacks at a reduced rate .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent an excellent week in a nice place in a cozy apartment. Delicious breakfast, aromatic Greek coffee, very nice, kind charming host and his assistants created a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend with love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say? Manoli is such a lovely gentleman. So very welcoming and helpful. Didn't want to leave. Superb apartment. Were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. Small cafe on site is excellent for breakfasts. Definitely returning ????
