Service from the staff was great, beach and pools are awesome, it’s a huge plus too that it is within walking distance of Plaka. We loved all the restaurants on site but also went into town a few times for dinner. Rooms were spacious and modern. Can’t wait to stay again in the future.
T	Tony Giantomaso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many resorts in my day and spent a lot of money in all of them. This resort is money well spent. Absolutely stunning views. Clean ocean. Always have a each umbrella available for you. And the staff are just wonderful. Always polite always available. The only negative is that you have to buy water at dinner and then is available. So I spent about 50 euros on water which I think is unacceptable given the heat. But they do get some water in your room. The rooms themselves are excellent. We had a pool and ours and the view again was spectacular of spinaLongo Island. The hotel restaurants are an extra cost above the Buffet, but the Blue Palace and the Anthos were well worth it with again superlative staffing and brilliant Greek cuisine.
G	George Warnock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t sure what to expect as we had never been to Crete before , but it was wonderful. Beautiful setting. Helpful, plentiful and attentive staff. Resort was large but spread out so never crowded. Many amenities. Spacious rooms. Delicious food and wine.

We had no reservation but they booked us a suite and the whole process was fast. The vibe in the lobby and surrounding is great, there is a TV room for football and a hookah lounge. Outside there was live music during the night and lounge chairs to pass out on. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful views. The beach had so many chairs and the water was crystal clear. Everything in that respect was just as good as in the photos. Lastly, the breakfast was incredible. There was a huge selection and it was all on the terrace with a view of the sea.

The housekeeping, beach staff, concierge, reception and spa staff were all welcoming and provided an excellent service. In particular the restaurant standard and service was really superb - all of the outlets had very high standards and the managers and staff were superb.
