★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η επιχείρηση δεν αξίζει ούτε 1 αστέρι. Καμία συνεννόηση με τον πελάτη. Και σε υποχρεώνουν να πληρώνεις έξτρα και έξτρα χρήματα για κάθε κίνηση που κάνουν.. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ.
 The business is not worth even 1 star. No consultation with the customer. And they force you to pay extra and extra money for every move they make .. UNACCEPTABLE.

Ο λόγος; Με χαρακτήρισαν "μικρό πελάτη".
Ασχολίαστο!!!!!
Unacceptable behavior, zero service, no respect for the customer.
The reason; They called me a "small customer".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτηση έως μηδενική εξυπηρέτηση θα έλεγα! Συγκεκριμένα περίμενα το δεμα την ημερα που είχε προγραμματιστεί, το δεμα δεν ηρθε ποτέ, χωρίς να υπαρξει καμια ενημέρωση από πλευράς της μεταφορικής. Αφου επικοινωνησα εγω με την μεταφορική κι ορίστηκε εκ νέου ημερα παράδοσης , το δέμα παλι δεν ηρθε ποτέ, παλι χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση απο μέρους τους. Αφού επικοινώνησα για ακομα μια φορά μετά απο δική μου πρωτοβουλία με την εταιρεία, μου απάντησαν με χαρακτηριστική αγένεια πως δεν είναι δικη τους δουλειά να ενημερώνουν τους πελάτες τους (!!!) και πως το δέμα το έστειλαν πισω στο κατάστημα!!
Very poor quality service up to zero service I would say! Specifically, I was waiting for the package on the day it was scheduled, the package never arrived, without any information from the transport side. After I contacted the transport company and the delivery date was set again, the parcel never came again, again without any information from them. After I contacted once again after my own initiative with the company, they answered me with characteristic rudeness that it is not their job to inform their customers (!!!) and that they sent the parcel back to the store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, μου έχει έρθει ήδη 2 φορές μήνυμα ότι δεν μπορούν να με βρουν, ενώ δεν έχουν έρθει καν. Επίσης, καλώ στο τηλέφωνο, και κλείνουν τη γραμμή επανειλημμένα. Μήπως φταίει που είναι Παρασκευή;;;;
Unacceptable service, I have already received a message 2 times that they can not find me, while they have not even come. Also, I call on the phone, and they close the line repeatedly. Is it his fault that it is Friday ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αδιάφοροι υπάλληλοι, δεν υπάρχει υπεύθυνος, ρωτάς από δω κι από κι όποιον βρεις μπροστά σου. Πολύ αναμονή και ο χώρος του είναι μόνο για μικρά φορτηγά όχι για νταλίκες
Indifferent employees, there is no one in charge, you ask from here and from whoever you find in front of you. Lots of waiting and its space is only for small trucks not for trucks
