Friendly staff and ready to cover any questions that may arise for the upcoming exam. Receipt of results within the stipulated time limits. Perfect observance of protection measures due to covid-19.

Πολυ καλο κεντρο για εξειδικευμένες εξετασεις! Terrible service from all the employees, all very kind and the girl who took the blood sample from my mother did not bother her at all !! Very good center for specialized exams!
A	A Marianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρεθήκαμε στο Karyo δυστυχώς μετά απο προτροπή γυναικολόγου. Δεν έχω λόγια για να περιγράψω για την ταλαιπωρία που υπέστην, και τις επιπλέον εξετάσεις που μας "προτάθηκαν" να κανουμε ξοδευοντας επιπλέον 100ευρα, καταλήγοντας εν τέλει να απευθυνθούμε σε δημόσιο φορέα, όπου μας εξήγησαν πόσο μας ειχαν εκμεταλλευτεί. Το ζήτημα ήταν γονιδιακό, και όταν ζητήθηκαν απο το Karyo εξηγήσεις παρά την κατανόηση που δείξαμε για την άγνοιά τους, η γενετίστρια τους δεν ζήτησε καν συγνώμη -ενώ μας είχε δώσει λανθασμένες εξετάσεις- αλλά επέμεινε στη θέση της. Πολύ λυπηρό επίσης ότι χρεωθήκαμε για εξετάσεις τις οποίες δεν κάναμε, αντιμετωπιστήκαμε με ειρωνεία απο το λογιστήριο για το μικρό ποσό, και η εκκρεμότητα του 7/2021 κατέληξε να λυθεί 12/2021, μήνες μετά με την δικαιολογία οτι "δεν ειχαν λογαριασμό για να επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα" (που ειχε δοθεί επανειλημμένα). Δυστυχώς αυτή είναι η ιδιωτική περίθαλψη στην Ελλάδα. Πληρώσαμε ένα σωρό λεφτά που δεν μας περίσσευαν για καλύτερα, και αυτή ήταν η αντιμετώπιση. We were in Karyo unfortunately at the urging of a gynecologist. I have no words to describe the suffering they suffered, and the additional examinations that we were "proposed" to do, spending an additional 100 euros, ending up going to a public body, where they explained to us how much they had taken advantage of us. The issue was genetic, and when Karyo was asked for an explanation despite our understanding of their ignorance, their geneticist did not even apologize - while he had given us the wrong tests - but insisted on her position. It is also very sad that we were charged for exams that we did not take, we were treated with irony by the accounting department for the small amount, and the backlog of 7/2021 ended up being resolved 12/2021, months later with the excuse that "they did not have an account to return the money "(which had been given repeatedly). Unfortunately this is private care in Greece. We paid a lot of money that we did not have left for better, and that was the treatment.
