I’ve been refused to go to the fitting room downstairs (where no one was queuing) while their was a 6 people queue upstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. I bought 2 shorts and 2 t-shirts, as soon as I got out of the store I realised they charged me for 3 shorts by mistake. I went back inside and I was literally accused of being a thief. Their English was poor, and they just kept saying I took 3 shorts and rolling their eyes on me while speaking greek to each other, very rude.
Awful really, I had to fight back for my rights and I kept telling them to check the cameras and that the girls must have done something wrong because I never had 3 shorts. In the end they return my 10 euros and it seems they understood what they have done wrong or maybe not, because they didn't apologise. Ridiculous really the way they handle a costumer, very unfortunate Indeed.
