★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another working woman is completely crazy. Shout to customers for no reason. In customer service work you shouldn’t be screaming no matter how bad a day you are having or a customer wouldn’t please you. It is worth changing the field and I higly recommed it to you. I’ve actually been in the sales and customer service industry for 15 years, and I’ve never seen any employee shout at a customer, let alone like how you did shouted and got completely nut!
