★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly hotel management. My hotel was booked for wrong dates due to site error and the website refused to cancel/change dates. It is not AT ALL advisable to stay here as they are not going to assist you with anything what so ever. The staff does not even speak in English and so communication is an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome accommodation with a special support service by the local guide (Rigas is a very friendly and helpful agent). The view is amazing and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Would love to go back to this magic place some day.

Spectacular view. Rigas and Eddie are most helpful.
Rigas made all arrangements for a vehicle to tour the island and our sunset sailing excursion.
Eddie made sure we were well fed and our morning cappucinos were right beside our hot tub every morning. THANK YOU AURA SUITES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a hotel, but rather 2 rooms underneath a restaurant. The view was incredible, the rooms were modern and clean, and the manager went out of his way to make sure that we we're comfortable and taken care of. Even a decent plated breakfast included. Free WiFi was terrible but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location with fantastic view on the Caldera. Incredible sunsets right from the jacuzzi/patio of the suite. Super comfortable bed and bathroom. Very luxurious and modern. Rigas (manager/concierge) and Eddy (restaurant) are super useful and make your stay that much more enjoyable. Super easy to reach through the provided cellphone. Rigas was able to book us an ATV dropped off at the suite within 30 minutes of our request and book us a sunset view table at a great restaurant (Oia Gefsis) in Oia within an hour of our request. Book here, you won't regret.
