Agnadema Apartments - FIROSTEFANI

Beautiful breath taking views. Cean and friendly staff. Room decor was lovely and not over crowded or over the top. The beds we're comfortable and they serviced the apartment everyday. Not too many people because it's a small hotel so it's not crowded, not loud and you can easily get sunbeds during the day. So close to everything! I think it's the best place to stay on the island.

What an amazing place to stay! Not only the location is the best if you want to make the most of the island but also the staff is lovely and very helpful. They arranged everything for us concerning the transportation from and to the airport. Everything is very clean and the view is amazing.

I had an amazing stay here, the room and the pool is always clean, the guy who took care of us at the reception Panagiotis was extremely nice and helpful. The room & pool side offers amazing ocean view :) highly recommended! it’s very close to the Firostefani bus station, you can take the bus to go to Fira from there. You can access Fira central by foot as well, it takes about 15min with a promenade along the coast with great view.

This hotel and the staff (those we dealt with virtually) are very hostile and rude when communicating. While we had to cancel our reservation due to COVID-19, the staff refused to provide a refund for the stay, merely just a credit for use in the "near future". Stefanos then decided to send us a hostile email because I did not "thank them" for this act because he contacted the manager to "do us a favor" Long story short, I would recommend finding a better place to stay in the area while COVID is still a thing, because, even if you test positive and/or can't travel due to restrictions, Agnadema will not do right by you, they only care about making their buck whether you stay or don’t. Combing through other reviews, quite a bit of 1-star ones it seems, it’s apparent that this hotel has a strong reputation for being extremely rude (virtually and in person) and non-sympathetic to COVID-19 regulations and times. Wish I would have read the reviews before booking. Do your due diligence and BE VERY WEARY OF CONSIDERING THIS PLACE!

Great views. Nice staff. Comfortable rooms (we got the family room near the pool). Its may be a problem for old people, because theres a lot of stairs to go up and down from the street to the hotel, but for us it was a good exercise. The only problems is a very wick flow at the shower.l, and no breakfest that you can order to the room (we manage with products from supermarket).

My family booked a stay and unfortunately the US State Department issued a do not travel advisory and we were forced to cancel our itinerary. While there is indeed a no cancellation clause in the contract most travel venues are understanding these days and in the name of "goodwill" and the hope of future bookings offer refunds. I travel quite a bit internationally and this is the only booking where I have gotten any resistance and in fact the manager's response to my son was downright nasty. Keeping in mind hoteliers are trying to survive, I will be reticent to book here in the future and my family is contemplating a stay in Santorini in the near future. Never have we encountered such an acrimonious and unfriendly, not to mention inflexible response. My circle of friends is considerable and many travel internationally. They too have found the majority of people in the travel industry overly accommodating these days knowing that good will mean a return to business. My family's return to Santorini will see my tourist dollars spent elsewhere. And my sentiment will be shared with my friends who own several businesses in Fiera and Oia. Your negativity and lack of customer service and concern is simply unacceptable, especially in trying times when people are trying to maintain their health, safety and sustain financially.

Overall, the hotel was nice, though take caution if you are hoping to get a room with a "Sea View." My wife and I booked a room with a Sea View for our honeymoon, we specifically splurged on this hotel for this particular reason. However, there is at least one room on the property that they say has a "Sea View," but it in fact does not. In fact, the room only has one small window and a patio. However, the room was recessed behind a wall of the nearby walking path meaning from the room and the patio you cannot see the sea at all, only a retaining wall. While the service was nice, we brought this issue up with management and they were unwilling to make any concessions, or offer any sort of discounts even though the room provided was not as described, or at the very least is not an honest description of the room. They did provide a bottle of wine and dessert for the inconvenience, but in the grand scheme of things, it does not make up for the extra money we spent looking to get an actual sea view. Aside from this, the rooms were, if not a little outdated. The pool area and hot tub were also quite nice.

Nice hotel with amazing views. Staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming helping us to arrange transfers and luggage service down the steps of the caldera. The room had a comfortable bed and all basic amenities required. Pool and jacuzzi areas are kept very clean and have stunning views. We were due to stay here in July 2020 but due to covid restrictions at the time they kindly gave us a voucher to use at a later date. It was well worth the wait and I would definitely recommend!
