★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean and easy to get to in foot from Fira or by taxi or bus, on the main road. At the heart of Firostefani with splendid views on local village, churches and caldera. Very comfortable bed and room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service throughout our entire stay here. Great location next to beautiful views and walking distance to pretty much everything in Fira. The only downside was that the beds were not super comfortable, but definitely good enough to sleep on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room kept clean. Staff were really helpful and in a great location for us. The villa is set one row back from the edge of the cliff so views from our room were partially obstructed. All in all a great place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price I expected more, could almost pass as a hostel private room.
There is no pool and everything is very basic. I 'get' that Santorini is overpriced but there needs to come some level of quality, the wifi is not great the only saving Grace is the price is cheaper than other places, and the staff were great (I'm probably being a little harsh) however my time again I'd pay a little more and get somewhere with more to offer. This is definitely a budget hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location and Maria is a great host. We preferred this location over other more crowded locations . The view from the back of the building is one of the best and you can enjoy the sunrise right from your door. All places are easily accessible with the bus stop right in front. The room service every day is efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice and the bed is very comfortable. They kindly upgraded us to a superior room with a view and we were very happy and grateful, ready to leave a 5 star review. Sadly, we felt cheated as we booked a taxi through them and instead got a shared transfer to the airport for 25euro. A proper taxi would've been cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff! The people who work here are very kind and extremely helpful. Only giving it 4 stars because of the size of the rooms. All amenities are good and the showers have excellent water pressure. The location is good as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Fira on a budget
