Και πιο συγκεκριμένα τον κύριο Μιχαλόπουλο και τον κύριο Τρεκο που με βοήθησαν για την επιλογή του αυτοκινήτου και για την επιλογή των αξεσουάρ.Υπαρχουν κάποια κομμάτια σε καλύτερες ημερομηνίες σε σχέση με άλλες αντιπροσωπείες οπότε προλάβετε..εγώ στάθηκα τυχερή ..ελπίζω να βοήθησα με το σχόλιο μου
G	Giorgos Kats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο χώρος είναι προσεγμένος και καθαρός,τόσο στην έκθεση όσο και στο συνεργείο.Υπάρχει αξιοπρεπής χώρος αναμονής με ελεύθερο προφανώς wi-fi.Η γραμματεία οργανωμένη και γρήγορη.Τέλος τα θετικά,πάμε στα αρνητικά.Πρόσφατα αγόρασα ένα καινούργιο υβριδικό yaris και δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένος ούτε από τους πωλητές ούτε από το σέρβις όταν το χρειάστηκα. Οι πωλητές δεν ήταν επαρκώς ενημερωμένοι για τις τεχνολογίες και τις λειτουργίες του αυτοκινήτου,αγνοούσαν απαντήσεις σε ερωτήσεις που έκανα ή έδιναν λάθος απάντηση (αν και οφείλω να πω ότι ήταν ευγενικότατοι) και το σέρβις,όταν πήγα κάποια στιγμή τον χειμώνα που παρατήρησα αυξημένη κατανάλωση (μη φανταστείτε κάτι τρελό,αντί για 3,5lt/100χλμ, έκαιγε περίπου 4,5lt/100χλμ εντός πόλης) μου είπαν ότι οφείλεται στην βενζίνη που βάζω (μόνο σε πρατήρια μεγάλης εταιρείας βάζω,97 οκτάνια) και να πάω στη Χ εταιρεία όταν η διαφορά στην κατανάλωση τελικά οφειλόταν στο γεγονός ότι ο ηλεκτροκινητήρας δεν λειτουργεί το ίδιο καλά με κρύο όσο τους θερμότερους μήνες, κάτι που μου είπαν όταν αναγκάστηκα να πάρω τηλέφωνο σε άλλες αντιπροσωπείες. Κάτι τελευταίο, το πρώτο σέρβις κοστίζει στον Κουβέλη 127 ευρώ εργασία και ανταλλακτικά όταν σε άλλη επίσημη αντιπροσωπεία που πήρα να ρωτήσω κοστίζει 80.Επίσης στον Κουβέλη μου είπαν πως πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να κάνω το σέρβις πριν συμπληρωθεί χρόνος ενώ στην πραγματικότητα αποδείχθηκε πως υπάρχει περιθώριο 1 μήνας από τη συμπλήρωση του χρόνου για να μην υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την εγγύηση. Αυτά, η κριτική ήταν καλοπροαίρετη και με σκοπό να βοηθήσει τόσο τους υποψήφιους αγοραστές όσο και την αντιπροσωπεία για να βελτιώσει τυχόν πρακτικές,λάθη ή παραλείψεις The space is neat and clean, both in the exhibition and in the workshop. A	Andreas bousas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ήθελα να πω δημόσια τα συγχαρητήρια μου για την άψογη συμπεριφορά σας σε έναν κάτοχο οχήματος Toyota 5 ετών και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στη Toyota Auto Κουβέλης και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην Υπεύθυνη Aftersales κα Κουβέλη Πηνελόπη για την άψογη διαχείριση και στον Τεχνικό Σύμβουλο κο Παναγιώτη Σπηλιόπουλο,για τον άμεσο έλεγχο του οχήματος μου και την έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση και επίλυση προβλήματος που παρουσιάστηκε σε αυτό χωρίς δική μου ευθύνη, αναλαμβάνοντας όλα τα έξοδα εργασιών και του κόστους των υλικών.Θα ήθελα να τους παροτρύνω να συνεχίσουν με περισσότερο ζήλο σε αυτό που κάνουν, γιατί τα πράγματα είναι πολύ δύσκολα και και η παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια είναι αυτή που μετράει. Από τη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού στο σέρβις ενός παλαιού οχήματος μέχρι και την αγορά ενός καινούριου αυτοκινήτου!!! I would urge them to continue with more zeal in what they do, because the things are very difficult and even the smallest detail is what counts. From the behavior of the staff in the service of an old vehicle to the purchase of a new car !!!
