★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Panda new model for 2 weeks at the end of September. We got a brand new car (less than 2 months old) and it a good deal for the price we paid. No credit card or deposit needed, road assistance (no off road) and full cover. A nice lady was waiting for us at the airport to deliver the car. We didn't have one single problem with the car during our entire stay and we literally went everywhere on the island!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience! We booked our car a few days before our trip to Crete, emailing Autotrip. As international car rental companies where sooo expensive we hoped we would be happy with a local company. It was the best decision ever. Everything was so easy. Litsa waited for us at outside at the arrivals with our names on a sign. The car was parked right there- within 15 min we were on the road. We paid cash up front- had full coverage for insurance included in the price already. No hidden costs. Got a bigger car than we ordered cos they didn't have the one we ordered. When returning the car a week later we just parked it at the same parking where we got it. It was the most smooth and comfortable car rental we ever had. Quick, efficient, friendly. Just wonderful. Makes traveling so much fun when everything seems so easy. I would 100% book with Autotrip again!!! Absolutely love this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car rental company which I would recommend. They have cheapest deals with full insurance. Which unfurtunetly we needed to use for broken tire. It took a moment till they finally answered our calls and till we came up with agreement. Unfortunetly, despite 24h assistance we needed to organize tire replacement by ourself, but we got full refund at the end of rental.

Communication with emails in order to book the dates I needed was simple and when I called them on the phone I spoke with Maria who was very kind and helpful. No deposit or hidden fees, the car I was given was a KIA Stonic which was brand new and really clean. I highly recommend this rental company and will definitely book a car with them next time I need it. Thank you Autotrip for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car for 12 days in Crete at a very good price with full insurance. They also gave us a better car than the one we initially discussed about and we had no problem with it during the entire holiday. Also the car was brought for us at the airport and it was very clean.
They respond very fast at phone-calls/emails and they are very friendly and respectful. I definitely recommend them if you need a car in Crete
