We've rented cabrio Nissan micro for 1 day. All was good. Very friendly guy helped us to rent directly at the hotel Ocean Heights View. Pick-up and giving back at the hotel. Filling documents about 5 minutes and ready to go :) Car was not new but everything was working so no complains about it. Price looked higher than at the agencies near the beach, but it felt safer to rent it here with "hotel guarantee". We were very happy about it. Recommend.

I needed a car for 5 days in Crete just 1 day before arrival. After asking some other car rentals about whether they could help me, I found Motorclub, who said that they could get me a Suzuki Jimny. They charged me €75/day for this car. It should be noted that my friends there had rented a Kia Sportage 2017 which was brand new for the same amount of money from another agency - because they booked in advance. Me, I could not do anything, since I was not able to find a car anywhere else. After I started driving for a bit, I plugged in some music; only one speaker was working, barely. When the car was moving, it was almost impossible to go on first gear; you could hear the gears grinding in the gearbox. As you can see in the pictures attached, the car was barely holding together. Even the seatbelt (last pic) could not be tensioned to the proper length - which in my opinion is very dangerous. This car was bought somewhere in the 2000's, and had over 200,000 km. When I called them to beg for a solution to any of these problems, I was only offered explanations such as 'this is a safari car'. After the second phone call with me pleading for help, they started getting annoyed at me calling. After spending a sum of at least 2 hours asking from help from them on the phone, I accepted my fate and asked my friends to take me on their car. It was too dangerous for me to continue driving. I left the tank half - full. Seriously, the gasoline in there was worth more than the car. Imagine the even worse treatment I would have gotten if I wasn't greek. I would NOT consider renting from them again, or even having any interaction with any of them. For any tourists visiting Greece, if you have received treatment like this from these guys, please know that this is not in any way representative of the famous Greek hospitality. Seriously! Apologies for this rant. tl;dr: don't rent from these guys.

Recommend for quick and easy scooter rental. Not cheap though (€50 for one day)

Rented a 150cc scooter for 4 days, which was in good condition and perfect for touring the area two up. We dealt with Phil, who was kind, very efficient and took the time to suggest places to visit and gave his number incase of any queries. Would recommend!

Super smooth experience. Reasonable price. Car was older but clean and seemed well maintained.

We rented a Honda 150cc for 10 days, travelled the entire island with this bike without any problems at all. Word of warning the roads in crete are terrible so only rent a scooter or bike of you are an acomplished rider. During our stay in sitia someone had attempted to steal the bike and smashed the plastic to remove the lock, with no success. Geroege the owner was very understanding and arranged for us to pay a small fee for this. Over all good service good price and the bike was great ?

Rented an enduro bike from Motorclub to do a road trip around Crete. The bike was well maintained, the staff extra helpful and straight-forward about expectations, and also gave me a bunch of recommendations as to places to get to. Amazing experience, thank you so much :)

I rented a Yamaha Tenere for two days. Staff is very friendly and competent. The motorbike was in very good state. I totally recommend this rental company.
