★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find. Was no help available. If you arrive by boat don't choose this agency. By plane it's fine. You have to travel to the airport to pick up your car. Which we were not informed about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found them easily in the arrivals inside the airport. Very very very friendly lady was there to assist us. We wanted to rent a car for one day and leave it in Chania. She gave us half the prise that other (international renting companies) nearby asked for. She was very kind and helpful.
Also, the staff when we picked up the car from the parking and when we left the car were extremely assistive! I am always impressed by the hospitality of the Cretans but this time I was amazed! Highly recommended instead of the other international companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were very kind! We were able to get cars with no advance notice from their desk at the airport. Very conveniently, they allowed us to drop off the cars right by the pier when we left Crete on a ferry! This saved us a lot of time. Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just some minor issues -had to wait 30 mins for delivery. At least I was allowed to delay my return by that time as well.
Car was good, just had some minor cosmetic flaws such as a plastic cap missing for the stereo controls.
There was also no safety kit included and the driver said it's normal and you won't need one. The issue is that people steal it etc.
I believe it wouldn't hurt to rent it alongside a fee for not returning it.
People involved were very kind. In total I was very pleased.
