Ι	Ιωάννα Σπυροπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγείλαμε δυο καναπέδες διθέσιους και δύο πολυθρόνες από το κατάστημα της Κηφισίας. Μετά απο 5 μήνες μας φέρνουν (αναμονή την οποία γνωρίζαμε) τριθέσιους καναπέδες αντί για διθέσιους και με λερωμένα όλα τα μαξιλάρια, ήταν πατημένοι, το ύφασμα είχε τα αποτυπώματα απο τη σόλα παπουτσιών ( τα οποία λερωμένα μαξιλάρια - η λερωμένη πλευρά τους- ήταν γυρισμένη απο κάτω). Τυχαίο....? Αφού έγινε ένας κακός χαμός...οι κυρίες του καταστήματος ισχυρίζονταν ότι έγινε κάποιο λάθος..... και μα πώς ...και εκείνο και το άλλο....! Έγινε νέα παραγγελία για καναπέδες οι οποίοι θα έρχονταν καινούργιοι ΞΑΝΑ απο την Αμερική (υποτίθεται ήταν Αμερικάνικοι και γι αυτό είχαν μεγάλη αναμονή). Πριν έρθουν να πάρουν τους λάθος και λερωμένους καναπέδες ΣΗΜΑΔΕΥΟΥΜΕ όλα τα μαξιλάρια απο την εσωτερική πλευρά με ανεξίτηλο μαρκαδόρο, καθώς όλα αυτά μας φαινόντουσαν πολύ περίεργα για να είναι τυχαία! Μετά απο δύο μήνες αναμονή -πιο σύντομα αυτήν την φορά -έρχονται οι καινούργιοι καναπέδες .......διθέσιοι μεν! ΑΛΛΑ ...τα μαξιλάρια ήταν τα σημαδεμένα....ΤΑ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑΤΑ ΔΙΚΑ ΣΑΣ ..!!!! We ordered two twin sofas and two armchairs from the Kifissias store. After five months, three-seater sofa-beds instead of two-and-a-half cushions were brought to us, they were pressed, the cloth had footprints from the shoe sole (which soiled pillows - their soiled side - below). Random ...? After a bad laugh ... the ladies in the store claimed that there was a mistake ..... and how ... and that and the other ....! There was a new order for sofas that would be coming to America from America (they were supposed to be American and so they had a long wait). Before coming to get the wrong and soiled sofas WE mark all the pillows on the inside with an indelible marker, as all of these seemed very strange to be random! After two months of waiting - soon enough this time - the new sofas ....... two-seater! BUT ... the pillows were marked ... THE CONCLUSIONS YOU HAVE .. !!!!

K	Konstantinos K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία(υπάλληλος ήταν, αλλά προτιμώ το "κυρία") που ήταν πίσω από την reception στο βάθος και μας εξυπηρέτησε τελικά, ήταν καταπληκτικά ευγενική και άψογη. Αντίθετα η ιδιοκτήτρια δεν είπε ούτε καλησπέρα και το αφ υψηλου ύφος της μας ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα. Παρόλο που δεν πήγαμε για έρευνα αγοράς αλλά για αγορά, ΔΕΝ πρόκειται να αγοράσουμε τίποτα από εκεί εννοείτε. Η ευγένεια δεν διδάσκεται και δεν νοείται να προσφέρεται επιλεκτικά. Καλό σαββατοκύριακο! The lady (she was an employee, but I prefer the "lady") who was behind the reception in the background and finally served us, was amazingly polite and impeccable. On the contrary, the owner did not even say good evening and her high style bothered us a lot. Although we did not go for market research but for purchase, we are NOT going to buy anything from there you mean. Kindness is not taught and is not meant to be offered selectively. Have a nice weekend!
E	Efstratia Lounta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρήκαμε το προσωπικό αγενές. Παρκάραμε μπροστά στο κατάστημα (και είμαι 9 μηνών έγγυος) θέλαμε να πάμε 5 λεπτά στο Λητώ και μετά να πάμε για να δούμε καναπέ και τρέξανε και οι δυο κοπέλες να μας φωνάξουν να παρουμε το αυτοκίνητο να παμε στο Λητώ. Ήταν τόσο αγενής η μία κυρία που δεν πήγαμε καν στο κατάστημα πήραμε καναπέ από αλλου. We found the staff rude. We parked in front of the store (and I am 9 months pregnant) we wanted to go 5 minutes to Leto and then go to see a sofa and both girls ran to call us to get the car to go to Leto. The lady was so rude that we did not even go to the store we got a sofa from somewhere else.
