Β	ΒΑΓΓΕΛΗΣ ΜΑΣΤΟΡ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήραμε μια τραπεζαρία με 6 καρέκλες. Το τραπέζι είναι οκ. Οι καρέκλες ελλατωματικές. Οι βίδες από κάτω ξεβιδωνονται μόνες τους με το κάθισμα και οι καρέκλες τρίζουν απίστευτα. Οι άνθρωποι που ήρθαν σπίτι να μοντάρουν το τραπέζι, είχαν ύφος ξενέρας και βιαζόντουσαν. Απογοήτευση We got a dining room with 6 chairs. The table is ok. The chairs are defective. The screws from below are unscrewed on their own with the seat and the chairs creak unbelievably. The people who came home to set the table, had a stranger style and were in a hurry. Disappointment

I	Ioannis Apostolakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία που έκανα είναι για Κρήτη . Άργησε πολύ καθώς έκανε λάθος το κατάστημα και όταν ήρθε η μαξιλάρες ου καναπέ είχαν ένα σημάδι. Ζήτησα αντικατάσταση και μου είπαν ότι λόγο φόρτου εργασίας θα αργήσει άλλους 2 μήνες. Καθόλου ευχαριστημένος. The order I placed is for Crete. It's too late as the store made a mistake and when the sofa cushions came they had a sign. I asked for a replacement and they told me that due to workload it will take another 2 months. Not at all happy.

Η ιστορία: Το τμήμα after sales service με ταλαιπώρησε για μήνες, παρακαλούσα να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου μάταια. Αγόρασα 6 καρέκλες με δερματίνη που αποδείχθηκε πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας. Μετά από πολλά μέιλ και πάνω από 50 τηλέφωνα που κατέληγαν σε κοροϊδία, είχα την έμπνευση να πάω στο κατάστημα Κηφισιάς. Η κατάληξη: Οι άνθρωποι του καταστήματος έκαναν τα αδύνατα δυνατά για να εξυπηρετηθώ. Ανέλαβαν προσωπικά το ζήτημα και το έτρεξαν, με ενημέρωναν συχνά για την πορεία της επισκευής και όλα αυτά με χαμόγελο. Ο Γιώργος και η ομάδα του ανεβάζουν επίπεδο τον Μαρμαρίδη. Μακάρι η εταιρία να πάρει παράδειγμα από τους συγκεκριμένους επαγγελματίες, να μάθει τι είναι ευγένεια και πώς εξυπηρετούμε τους πελάτες. Congratulations to George and his team for the excellent service. He did everything to repair the chairs I had bought years ago. The History: The after sales service department bothered me for months, please contact me in vain. I bought 6 chairs with leatherette which turned out to be very low quality. After many emails and over 50 phone calls that ended in ridicule, I had the inspiration to go to the Kifissia store. The ending: The people of the store did their best to serve me. They personally took the issue and ran it, they often informed me about the progress of the repair and all this with a smile. George and his team raise the level of Marmaridis. May the company take an example from the specific professionals, learn what courtesy is and how we serve customers.
