★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car for 3 days with my friends and the man at the office was very polite and kind to us. He explained us very well what we needed to know and made us make a little checkup to make sure everything was fine on the car. No problem when we came back from our trip and the man was also very nice. Everything was good for us even if the gas weren’t full. :)

We took an Opel Corsa car for 4 days (from April 7 to 10) to visit the interior of Greece through the website bsp-auto.com
So, we went to this company to pick it up.
When she showed us the car, we saw a small scratch on one part of the car. Then, she told us to forget about that and not to worry about such tiny things.
Despite paying all risk insurance on the web, the woman who assisted us in this rent car office, called Maria, forces us to pay 100 euros for insurance too.
Then, the car she gave us had only a scratch on the gas tank.
And when we return the car, at the check-up to see that everything is fine, she goes directly to see a part of the car where there was a tiny scratch, as if she knew it already existed.
In this way, she has charged us the 100 eur insurance.
I want to denounce from here the theft that this 100 euro woman has done to us and inform other people who want to rent a car in Ioannina not to go to this rent car office.
