B	Bernard Reuben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude when speaking. I spoke to a women on Saturday and she came across very short tempered and impatient in dealing with customers. She passed me onto her employee and as she did they exchanged words in Greek. Little did they know my girlfriend is greece and I and nearly fluent. I chose to speak English as it is my mother tongue and I'm more confident with this. They spoke VERY rudely about me and my girlfriend and very unprofessional! For such a respectable company I would of hoped for a lot better service than what I received. maybe they thought we were normal English tourist however they were very mistaken. Would not recommend their service and I have no intention on going there again.
R	Ronny Mathisen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly Staff, not good service on the cars, was accused of braking the radiator and had to pay for it, insurance is bad, only exterior insurance.... The car, Fiat 500 had an teribble gearbox and engine, can not pull the car up the mountain....
K	Kim-Ming C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a family of 5 we booked a car one day before we arrived at Lefkada. We wanted a big car and a drop off at the airport (PVK). Kiki went above and beyond to make sure we were able to rent one, she kept in contact with us till 22:30 to make sure everything was okay. The next day everything was arranged. At the airport it was a bit confusing where to drop off the car. The Avis office at the airport directed us to EuroRentals across the street for the drop off. Everything else went smoothly.
T	Taylor Shupe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is extremely unprofessional and downright scary. The owner shorted us on gas and gave us 50CCs when he told us we were getting 150CCs. When confronted about it he got in our faces and started yelling. We all thought he was going to hit us for merely asking what we were told we got and paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any tourist.
F	Fredrik Sletbakk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the biggest rental place in Nidri and is often recommended from the travel agency’s. I wanted to rent a scooter for couple of days. The seller tried to push me to pick the fastest (and most expensive) even though I didn’t want it. When I finally agreed on a regular one, I still was charged the price for a bigger and faster scooter. The scooter had so many frontal damages that i wonder if it ever have been to service. Don’t let the big corporate name “Avis” trick you. This is probably one of the worst rental businesses in Nidri. There is a lot of others to choose from.
S	Silviu I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve booked for class A, the cheapest cars available through our TUI representative so we didn’t encounter any problems, we got an Nissan Micra automatic, car was clean and tidy, went to Porto Katsiki without any problems of climbing the mountain or something so for us everything was fine. o	oharahip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Avis branded place would be better called RENT A WRECK They charged 50% more for a car identical to others available at other rental companies in Nydri. The car had no jack, wheel race or jack handle. Neither did ANY OF THE OTHER CARS ON THE LOT, many of which had filthy tatty, scruffy interiors. For good measure, the horn didn't work, windscreen washers didn't work, the carpets were torn and the convertible roof was falling apart and the front end was not secure at modest speed. The woman in charge, not a lady, but looking and behaving like a rat, protested, whilst furiously scrolling on her phone, that she had no authority to offer any discount! Readers, she is the OWNER and is too avaricious to allow any negotiation as she scrolled, rudely on her phone. Previously she rented us a car which broke down over near Patras, She attempted to get us to pay the repair and disruption cost of over E350 to the local AVIS franchise in Patras Rent a car anywhere else! Don't rent a wreck!
