β β β β β Amazing Experience. First class service. We were traveling with a disabled friend and they made everything much easier and assisted us with boarding and getting of of the boat. This would not have been possible without their assistance.

β β β β β Very poor service and was ripped off. We got a puncture, changed to the spare tyre and brought the car to Travel Solutions to have the puncture repaired. They repaired the tyre but within a few hours the tyre was flat again. We again changed to the spare tyre and returned to Travel Solutions. They informed us that we had damaged the sidewall of the tyre and were charged 85 euros for a new one. We believe that the tyre was not properly repaired the first time and have been unfairly treated. Attitude of some members of staff was aggressive and confrontational. This was an unnecessarily negative experience to an otherwise enjoyable holiday.

β β β β β Worst rental place ever, and the worst experience in Greece. Staff is rude and ignorant . When you want to ask why the car seat belt only work on the passenger site , they say this is Greece. When you ask why the indicator only works on the right side, they say this is Greece. When you ask why is your scooter die all the time on the road they say "You asking too much" ...
We also rented a boat for a day it died at the middle of the sea because of a faulty battery. They said they will be there after 5-10min, after 1,5hours no one showed up...Its Greece
No refund of course. Try to avoid them !

β β β β β The salesman in the blue shirt provided us some inaccurate information (he said a car rental with drop off at the airport would be 70eur) which caused us to change our travel plans and retur to nidri early so we could return our quad and rent a car. Once we arrived the agent changed the story and said it would cost 105 Eur because there was an additional charge for airport drop off. For starters 70 Eur per day for a car is already an astronomical price (which is obviously why they always have cars since nobody rents here unless there's no other option) but the additional hidden fee really felt like a classic tourist markup. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
