No one there to collect. Waited 1/2 hour. No one there to stop off waited 20 minutes. Good car. Office understaffed

Never ever greenmotion. No support - terrible - by problems and only if its good for the company. Use a other Rental Car Company

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We looked online for a car and were seeing crazy expensive prices, so walked in and got a great rate for a day. Decided to extend another day and it was no problem, same great rate. The ladies in the office were super helpful, pointing out great beaches and spots to watch the sunset.

I've been renting cars abroad for over 20 years, and this has been the worst experience so far (and I've had a few dodgy ones). Initially booked through Jet2 (our holiday provider), I assumed we would be getting a relatively new car in descent condition seen as the price was in the higher end for that category of car. Wrong! Turns out Jet2 subcontract to any local car company, including these cowboys. The Jimny we had booked was in awful condition - it had been in a front end impact and the front bumper was barely fixed (could have pulled it off by hand with ease), it looked like it had never been serviced (oil dipstick missing so couldn't even check the oil, washer bottle broken and empty, smelled like it was burning oil, engine management light was on. No jack in the boot either). Only good thing was the tyres and wheels. I mentioned all this to the clerk who said it was the only one they had but we could go to the capital in Lefkas and try and get one from their other office there but were told it would probably be in similar condition! We didn't want to spend half a day getting to the capital and getting messed around, so decided to take the one we were given. It actually drove OK, for about 10 minutes and started heavily misfiring. We rang the office and told them we were bringing it back - the misfiring came and went at random on the way back. We were offered a Fabia which looked quite new in exchange. When I checked, it was a lower category car so asked about the price difference. I was then told it was our choice to downgrade, and they asked us to sign a statement to that effect which I refused on principle because the car they supplied was defective. I got no refund for the price difference. Having booked through Jet2, I naturally assumed they would argue my case for me and seek to rectify. Wrong again! The contact numbers they list on their website dont work (number unobtainable). Our rep got involved and was given the same numbers. Nobody could contact them by phone. I complained by email, got an automatic reply, but nothing for over a month afterwards. Was finally contacted a couple of weeks ago by Jet2 and was told they would make enquiries. Still waiting to hear back from them. Now left with getting advice from credit card company because I still feel I was sold and paid for a service I did not receive. My honest advice is avoid Jet2 and Green Motion unless you like paying more getting less and being mugged off.

We were given a price of 250 for 4 days,which suddenly became 330 when we went to pick the car up. We were told we had been given an upgrade of a soft top Susuki ,which was given to us in an awful state.All of the interior of the car was dirty and the dashboard completely covered in dust, totally unacceptable especially given the current pandemic.The radio was broken and the dashboard faulty. If I could give zero stars I would, avoid at all costs.
