★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for a two week stay. Very relaxing, lovely staff. Enjoyed every minute. 5 minutes walk to the beach ?, shops and restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a up scaled contemporary stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort we recently visited was of very high quality with exceptional customer service by all staff.
Very clean, modern and updated rooms - variety of meals to suit all dietery requirements.
Highly recommend this resort - close to shops and within walking distance to the beach - will definately come back to this resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough sunbeds, no information about anything whatsoever. Poor food choice in kitchen, no activities, staff barelly speaks english and to top it all off a cocroach in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel itself is nice, rooms are ok. Breakfast disappointing. We had a problem with our AC, after every hour the temperature went up to 28 degrees... we kept telling the staff every day but unfortunately they kept telling us its our fault we can’t make it work - the problem was simple AC was automatically set that way that after every hour temperature is going back to 28 and to set it differently there was a 4 digit code needed sadly wasn't given to us. Sleeping in a boiling room is just very discomforting and annoying especially the fact they just are not able to fix such problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms and friendly personel and this is only good thingI can tell about this hotel. Apart from that, terrible food and drinks and the restaurant looks disgusting. Not enough tables for every guest. A few beach chairs on the pool which is not enough for everybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel clean, spacious rooms, nice pools and service. Friendly staff. Food was varied and surprisingly good and varied. My girlfriend is a vegan and was always able to find something good to eat. Bus stop near the front of hotel. Beach down the street in front of hotel. Supermarket accross the street. Nothing to complain about at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels i ever visited. The food was GREAT. Rooms vere cleaned every day, staff was super friendly. I do not understand these negative reviews, dont let them affect your choice while picking a hotel in Tsivili. Only one thing i didnt like were small lunch boxes for our trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice, very clean specially at the beginning of the trip. At the end unpleasant smell was coming out from the toiled. Good housekeeping, terrible food, disgusting restaurant with old, torn chairs. Not enough tables for everyone, many times very long queue for the food. Almost every guest was from Poland whose behaviour was rude and below any criticism.
