Worst customer service !! They brought me my product damaged and I could not change it! Honestly disgrace is that worst.

Και καλά δεν το καλύπτει η εγγύηση... κρίμα τα 50€ Very poor quality bike that broke in a week and they were to blame for the misuse made by a 13 month old baby ... And the warranty does not cover it well ... a pity of 50 €
G	Grigorios Angelidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην αρχή εξυπηρετικοί, περίμενα την παραγγελία ποδηλάτου 2 εβδομάδες αλλά ήταν θέμα συνεργατών Μεταφορικών υπηρεσιών που συνεργάζονται. Μόλις παρέλαβα την συσκευασία, ανοίγοντας πέφτει η σκισμένη σέλα καθώς δεν είχε συκευαστει σωστά, τα ελάχιστα μεταλλικά εξαρτήματα ήταν χτυπημένα και δεν υπήρχαν και οδηγίες συναρμολόγησης. Σε προσπάθεια επικοινωνίας αφού είδαν το μήνυμα προτίμησαν να μην απαντήσουν. At first helpful, I waited to order the bike for 2 weeks but it was a matter of Transport Service partners collaborating. As soon as I received the package, the torn saddle fell open as it had not been properly packaged, the minimal metal parts were hit and there were no assembly instructions. In an attempt to communicate after seeing the message, they chose not to respond.
X	Xrysa mai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα 2 παιδικά ποδήλατα. Παρέλαβα διαφορετικά από αυτά που είχα παραγγείλει. Ελλατωματικα, χωρίς οδηγίες, δύσκολα στην συναρμολόγηση και χτυπημένα και τα δυο. Όλα τα εξαρτήματα πεταμένα μέσα στο κουτί. Δυστυχώς διαθέτει προϊόντα που αφορούν παιδιά κ αυτό τους καθιστά επικίνδυνους. I ordered 2 children's bicycles. I received it differently from what I had ordered. Defective, without instructions, difficult to assemble and both hit. All components discarded in the box. Unfortunately it has products that concern children and this makes them dangerous.

Αγοράσαμε ένα παιδικό τρίκυκλο ποδήλατο και με ελλιπέστατες οδηγίες συναρμολόγησης με αποτέλεσμα να περισσεύουν βίδες και ολόκληρο το τρίκυκλο να τρίζει με αποτέλεσμα να είναι επικίνδυνο (υπόψιν έχω δει άπειρα βίντεο συναρμολόγησης και δεν κάνουμε κάτι λάθος). Επίσης το κέντρο βάρους του είναι λάθος και αν τυχόν το παιδί γύρει προς την μία πλευρά είναι πιθανό να πέσει μαζί με το τρίκυκλο. Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία και δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να με βοηθήσουν έστω τηλεφωνικώς, απλά με μπλόκαραν στην συνομιλία καναλιού κοινωνικής δικτύωσης. Τέλος η ηλικία που αναγράφει το φυλλάδιο είναι από 3 έως 5 ετών και όχι από 1 έως 4 ετών που διαφημίζουν. Απαράδεκτο προϊόν, απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Not a single star ... Also its center of gravity is wrong and if the child turns to one side it is possible to fall with the tricycle. I contacted the company and they did not even bother to help me even by phone, they just blocked me from chatting on a social networking channel. Finally, the age stated in the brochure is from 3 to 5 years and not from 1 to 4 years that they advertise. Unacceptable product, unacceptable behavior.
Β	Βασίλης Μπέτζελος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από λίγες μέρες (21/3/2021) παραγγείλαμε από το κατάστημα ενα παιδικό τρίκυκλο. Το παραλάβαμε γρήγορα. Το τρίκυκλο χρησιμοποιήθηκε τρεις φορές και άρχισαν να σπάνε και να χαλάνε κομμάτια (Η χρήση έγινε κυρίως στην αυλή του σπιτιού και σε ίσιο έδαφος). Όταν καλέσαμε για να ενημερώσουμε για το πρόβλημα δεν υπήρξε καμία βοήθεια και ανταπόκριση παρά μόνο επιθετική συμπεριφορά. Φυσικά και δεν συστήνω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα διότι παρόλο που έστειλε άμεσα το προΐόν δεν έχει καθόλη καλή after sales εξυπηρέτηση. A few days ago (21/3/2021) we ordered a children's tricycle from the store. We received it quickly. The tricycle was used three times and they started to break and break into pieces (The use was mainly in the yard of the house and on flat ground). When we called to inform about the problem there was no help and response except aggressive behavior. Of course, I do not recommend this store because even though it sent the product immediately, it does not have a good after sales service at all.
