After checkout in Athens, we had a lot of free time before catching our ferry to Crete. It was so nice to be able to leave our luggage at Baggagement, to enjoy the Marina area at Piraeus and to get our luggage back at the ferry gate at the time we agreed upon. Again, great service!!

Details were provided via email on pick-up and delivery of bags as well as thourough communication via Whatsapp with staff and drivers. Everyone spoken to was very pleasant, helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

First was a transfer from the Athens airport to Pireaus ferry terminal, Diamanto was in touch with me closely and even kept me updated about the change in ferry for my trip - which was beyond their scope of services. Second time I used them, was for a last minute request to transfer my luggages from Monastiraki to Piraeus. Diamanto checked internally and was able to confirm within 30 mins, George came for pick up within 2 hours notice. I would highly recommend you to book in advance as it helps them plan their logistics carefully. I would say if you have last minute request, they would do their best to work things out, but as customers we also need to be considerate that they may not be able to oblige due to their own schedule. Baggages are tagged (like in airport) and handled professionally. Kudos to the team and I wish those who are reading this review to have a lovely holiday in Greece!

We have contacted at around 10 pm and at 9:00 next morning the guy took our luggage from Alimos Marina and exactly as discussed at 13:00 luggage was at airport. Thanks a lot. For as it was perfect service that gave as half day to see Athens instead of long wait in airport.

Found them online and booked only a few hours before our arrival at the airport and they obliged by picking the luggage on time and then delivering at the time promised few days later. And then constant communication throughout the luggage storage period to ensure it is delivered on time. Thanks ever so much for your services. Highly recommended.

I'm a college student who was traveling after a study abroad semester, and I needed to store my extra luggage before going home. They relieved a lot of my stress, and I felt my luggage was very safe with them. They picked it up from me at my residence and met me at the airport to give it back. Very convenient and reasonable prices.

I needed my bags at Athens International Airport because I had 2 different flights at the same day. The first one was light and for the second one I needed all my luggage. One of my relatives took my luggage to their office at Piraeus the day before my travel (really convenient location). They stored my luggage and the next day, they brought them to me at the airport. I would use their services again and I would highly recommend them to anyone in my situtation. They are excellent.
