I paid 90 euros for one-day trip to three islands, in Januray, and they told me to wait at 6.45 a.m. in front of Grand Bretagne Hotel, wherefrom a car will pick me up. I got up at 5 a.m., got at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance but nobody showed up. I rang the agency but nobody answered. Lastly, I travelled to their headquartes and a poorly-speaking English guy told me that the driver did ring me. I showed him my phone with no other ringing attempt apart from mine to the agency itself. He kept bla bla. I left in disgust - no momeny, my whole day ruined. A shame for the Greek tourism

B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in to pick up car was slow and took about 45 minutes. Car was received dirty as they said they did not have time to clean it. Upon return of car, they were not available at the office even though we had agreed on the drop off time, causing us to be late to the airport. They then claimed the car is dirty and they need to place an extra cleaning charge - car was received dirty!
