★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Familiäre Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal. Leider zu wenig Möglichkeiten für Kardiotraining. Nur 2 Fahrrad-Ergometer und bei meinem Besuch beide defekt. Dann gibt es noch 3 Laufbänder und 1 Crosstrainer. Wer mit Hanteln gut zurecht kommt, findet alles Nötige. Kraftgeräte sind für alle wesentlichen Muskelgruppen vorhanden, funktionieren auch, sind aber nicht von der in Deutschland üblichen Qualität. Dafür, was geboten ist, nimmt der Inhaber von kurzzeitigen Nutzern ziemlich viel Geld (20 € für 2 Wochen). Mit der Zeit ist der Zustand der Geräte eher schlechter geworden, es findet also keine richtige Wartung statt. Daher habe ich noch einen Stern abgezogen.
Family atmosphere, friendly staff. Unfortunately too few opportunities for cardio training. Only 2 bicycle ergometers and both defective when I visited. Then there are 3 treadmills and 1 cross trainer. Anyone who gets along well with dumbbells will find everything they need. Strength equipment is available for all major muscle groups, they also work, but are not of the usual quality in Germany. For what is offered, the owner takes a lot of money from short-term users (€ 20 for 2 weeks). Over time, the condition of the devices has deteriorated, so there is no proper maintenance. So I deducted another star.

Έχει πολλά όργανα για κάθε είδους προπόνηση.
Πολύ καλοί και ευγενικοί οι γυμναστές σε βοηθούν πολύ για το καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα.
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ?.
Clean very nice atmosphere.
It has many instruments for any kind of training.
Very good and kind trainers help you a lot for the best result.
