★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are quite a few nice little houses/villas here, some of which be rented. In 2-3 years there will be even more since currently 50% of the area is construction sites. Overall it's worth chosing a hotel/house in this area because it's quieter than the city (which is 2min. away with a car)
