We loved our stay here! ? Very nice and elegant rooms in the hotel with an excellent breakfast choice and an amazing view!! Best breakfast choice had in any hotel stay in Greece! The staff was very helpful in guiding us to go around Zakynthos and also helped us to get a group discount at Potomotis Bros on a shipwreck tour and blue caves inclusive for €15/person, if we drive on our own to Potomotis Bros. If you cannot drive, they have a bus facility that takes you from the hotel and back to the hotel along with the blue caves and ship wreck tour for around €60/person.

Beautiful views and restaurants but that's about it we waited for the food almost an hour after the appetizeer, yet the food was below average souce for ravioli and risotto tasted the same

The hotel was great, clean, beautiful garden, nice architecture. The room was great. It really was as it looked in the pictures! They renovated the room 2016. The breakfast is good there are a lot of choices, including fruits and sweets. But what we really appreciated was that the tables are outside, so you can enjoy the garden, the sea, the sun, the view. The restaurant opens in the afternoon till night and there are a lot of visitors from outside of hotel... due to the beautiful sea view while dinning, but also due to the yummy food. Prices are a little higher than average but it definitely worth to dine here. And now, the owners! First, I want to thank them for their help to fix my car. First day after our arrival, the car water pump was leaking. They quickly called the guy who usually fixes their own cars.. And by the next day the car was fixed and we were able to travel the island. :). Second, they are very engaged, they live in the hotel and controls directly the quality/experience of guests,by always trying to support you with whatever you need.

Stunning, spotlessly clean,classy clifftop hotel. All tiled floors and marble to most areas. Beautiful entrance which looks stunning when illuminated at night, and easy to find on the main coastal road in from zakynthos, right on the corner and at the top of the hill over looking tsivili, which ensures stunning views from most rooms, even the ones with side sea view. As said in other reviews,the staff were all very nice, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. This is a wedding hotel, and a good one, well worth a look if you are considering venues. It's adults only, and there is no pool, but most pools in other hotels and bars are free to use, just purchase a drink. We found some amazing pools and it was quite good having the variety of different pools! Serves a nice continental breakfast with local produce and home made items, the food is very good. It's spotlessly clean and the rooms are a good size. There is a short 5 minutes walk down to the beach, but take your flip flops...as you will have to paddle knee deep at the beach entrance for a short distance to get to the beach front A very good, peaceful and quiet hotel, very clean, with amazing views and lovely staff. Recommended highly

Decent hotel situated at a beautiful location overlooking the Tsilivi beach. This is where the positives end. 1. Even though the property advertised “breakfast included”, there was no breakfast (we got €15/day refund instead which merely covers the cost of breakfast for 2 people). The adjacent restaurant, managed by the hotel did serve breakfast though (but we had to pay for it) 2. Upon our arrival the receptionist insisted we cancel our Booking.com reservation 3. There was no room service. No cleaning, no change of bed sheet or towels (even though we stayed for 3 nights!). The excuse was “COVID situation” 4. Upon check-out no card payment was accepted (“cash only”) and no receipt was provided Zakynthos is a very beautiful island and the service we received elsewhere was great, just not in this hotel.

Positive: Fantastic place for relaxing holidays. Dimitri and his wife were amazing hosts. The atmosphere is super friendly. The hotel restaurant was a highlight of our holidays. Amazing quality gastronomy for very fair prices. We are definitely coming back soon! Thank you for great holidays!.

Modern hotel with great facilities and amazing restaurant .. Negative: Can’t say anything negative about that place, but the city centre of Tsilivi is a bit of a walk from the Hotel..

Great sized rooms and a nice view over Tsilivi. Everything was modern and clean. The housekeeping threw away my contact lenses case, that was a big downside for me. The breakfast area inside is quite small but there is plenty of room on the terrace. There are lots of choices whether sweet or savory for breakfast. The staff was also very friendly.
