Very good location, great accommodation, clean, spacious, great pool. The owners are very helpful, giving plenty of useful information, cooking lunch or just having small talks... The only downsize is that, by foot, it will take you at least 30 min down to the beach (even more back, uphill).

Average hotel. Nice location. A bit of a walk into town and to the beach. Over priced drinks and restaurant. Nice pool and hotel layout. Cleaning person came into room sometimes multiple times per day, a little strange as we would come back from an evening walk to find our bed made again and towels put into different spots. Owner acts nice but he seems fake

August 2020. We stayed for 11 nights. The staff are fantastic, dedicated and friendly they can’t do enough to help you. Great Breakfasts, you allocate what time you would like your breakfast to avoid any overcrowding, great idea. Club sandwiches and homemade chips for lunch are terrific. Very comfortable bed and immaculately clean throughout the complex. The pool is a dream and even a little pool for infants. The pool is not private to residents only it is open to visitors. On a couple of occasions the peace and tranquility of the place was disturbed by a few visitors, so I argued with them to keep quiet and they left. Serenity resumed. I would have given it 4 stars for this reason. However regarding Covid 19 they are impeccable. Masks must be worn in the cafe/ reception area. Tables, chairs, sun beds are all sprayed and disinfected as soon as someone moves away from them. We felt extremely safe and cared for at the Ionian Aura. It’s a great quiet location, away from any hustle and bustle so having a hired car I think is recommended. Without a car it’s a long walk down to Tsilivi and back up the hill as other reviews have mentioned. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Cute, affordable, clean with a very nice common area of the pool and bar. Mojitos were "to die for". After ordering the first one, the bartender went outside the building, snapped mint that is growing right in front and made the Mojito :-) I was amazed. Stayed here one night, but was impressed with a quality of service. Highly recommend.

I recently just returned from Zakynthos from a family holiday and and the whole experience with the hotel has left me feeling like I need a second holiday just to recover from the experience. As a family we had booked five different rooms and with the current situation going on in the world we thought that the hotel staff would treat us friendly and hospitable being that we were the only customers in the hotel at the start of our holiday; we we’re very wrong. Initially pulling into the hotel we thought it seems nice enough and the exterior of the hotel and the surrounding gardens matched the images online. We then went into reception to check in and this is where the stand-offish and cold welcome from hotel staff began. The woman was rude and uninviting upon checking us in. She later showed us to our room with a “sea view” and the sea view was missing and so were all the amenities pictured from their website. The rooms from their website did not resemble the shabby room we was given. Issue number two was the “breakfast buffet” in which you had to request what you wanted the day before and book a time slot for you to eat the following day. I don’t know why customers had to book a time slot as each day we had to wait around 30 minutes for our food to arrive. When the food arrived it was subpar and we would most days opt for a toasty at the beach. Everyday we did eat at the hotel the breakfast always left us with stomachache and I was suggest saving your money on the breakfast and getting it from somewhere much nicer down the road. The hotel describes itself as a “family hotel” and that is very wrong the woman serving behind the bar screamed at my nephew who is 1 and made him cry in which she just walked away with no apology. This was just the start as the hostile and aggressive way in which the hotel staff treated our party. As our holiday progressed we had more and more issues with the manager Yannis, who began to knock on our doors each evening as he arrived at the hotel and he began to yell at us. The final encounter on our 8th day was him demanding very aggressively €60 for a missing pillow from our room, which later was due to one of the cleaners taking it and putting it in another room. After this final altercation we felt very uncomfortable and could no longer stay in this hotel. We decided to check out and get a new hotel for the last two days of our holiday as we could no longer enjoy ourselves in this toxic environment. When we was checking out with Yannis he was very aggressive and forced me to walk around the room with him to make sure we hadn’t taken any towels etc.... I felt so uncomfortable that I had to record the encounter as I was worried he was going attack me verbally or physically after the hostile and aggressive manner he had treated us with for the rest of the evening. During the duration of our 8 day staff at this hotel we had asked several times for our room to be cleaned and the requests we’re ignored. When we asked for extra towels and toilet rolls we were met with hostility and told that these should have been requested during breakfast. We did not request these at breakfast as each day we hoped that the room would have been cleaned and these items replaced. As a family we must have spent a fair amount on the accommodation and food and drinks while staying and the way we was treated was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worse enemy and there plenty of much nicer and cheaper hotels and apartments close by and more central in Tsvilli.

A very quiet place, well located if you want to visit the whole island. Very pleasant welcome, nice room (except the shower, which is too small and difficult to use), beautiful garden and view on the sea... We spent a really nice week here !
