Aparthotel Sofia Mythos Beach - BALI

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Nice sea view, everything what you need is near the hotel. The most beautiful and cute beach Mythos is in 80 metres, tavernas and cocktail bar are in 1 minute too. It would be better to eat outside the hotel.

We loved everything about it: the friendly staff (always with a smile, however - not intruding), the small beach, the price, the food, the view. The apartment was being cleaned everyday; the food was varied, the terace was spacious enough. The beach is very close to the apartment, as well as supermarkets. We had a lovely view to the sea and enjoyed watching the sunrise. The WIFI had a poor signal in the room, but very good on the terrace, by the pool. Thank you for a wonderful and quiet time!

Rooms were fine furniture a little dated but OK.The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed.Bed linen every third day. The buffet breakfast was fine except for the coffee and juice which are terrible. We also had the evening meal included as well and although the basics stayed the same salads bread etc the meat dishes have changed every night so far it's plain Greek food but OK. The two waiters have worked every morning and evening but are always helpful and cheerful. All in all the hotel is very good value for money

Dilapidated apartments/hotel. We went half board but ate out as the food was awful. Dirty rooms. Shower curtains. Un hygienic.

Great value for money. You can't really complain when it's this cheap. Worst thing about it was the British tourists at the free buffet dinners. Dear god, they're like ravenous locusts in Lidl tracksuits. Then they leave half a plate full of stuff they didn't actually want. The waiters in the restaurant were very good. Tip for new arrivals, the apartments are in a different place to the main office, if you can see a swimming pool, you're in the wrong place to check in. Ask Father Jack in the house next door where to go. If he's not sleeping or shouting at nuns. Also, if you're a bit keen on the pies, you are REALLY not going to like the walk to the upper apartments every day

The hotel Aparthotel Sofia Mythos Beach is Horrible. The dinner is almost the same every day, it is completely tasteless, no nutrition in the food, very oily & fatty. The food runs out before all the guests have had time to eat. The wine is obviously mixed with a lot of water. At the dining tables, it is crowded with wild cats that have scabies & skin diseases that jump up on the tables & take food directly from the guests' plates when you sit & eat. It is a direct Sanitary Nuisance! Plates, cutlery & glasses are dirty. Disgusting! The breakfast is cheap & has no variety. The coffee is very mixed with water. Loud traffic noise right where you sit & eat, very unrelaxing. The staff who work there are very unprofessional, they talk badly about the guests behind their backs. The so-called "Manager" is an aggressive & violent person who physically attacked us & started fighting when we wanted to check out of the hotel earlier than planned because we were dissatisfied. He also shouted insults at us. Totally unacceptable behavior! Rooms are dirty & worn, bathrooms smell like mold, WiFi does not work in the rooms & TV does not work. All the time there is loud bangs & noises in the hotel even at night so there will be no good sleep. The cleaning ladies pour out buckets of dirty cleaning water right outside the door that flows into the rooms. This hotel is not recommended for children or the elderly as there are very steep slopes & stairs everywhere. There are also no sidewalks anywhere. The pool is clearly dirty. If you want a pleasant stay, do NOT choose Aparthotel Sofia Mythos Beach in Crete.

We had a double with balcony, the rooms are dated along with the furniture, bed isn't the greatest but the price reflects that. Rooms got a morning tidy and our towels weren't changed until second last day. Inclusive breakfast and dinner was fine for us, the Greek dish for dinner was great (different daily), the offering of a pasta dish and other staples was OK, with a variety of fresh salads, veg and a small selection of cakes. Drinks aren't included with the dinner so cost extra. Overall would go again, some of the other reviews mentioned issues which we did come across but didn't negatively impact our holiday. Closest beach with the harbor, was €7 for two lounges, would recommend walking to the Vita beach, very well looked after and offering similar experience. Would suggest going to the Nest restaurant which is just down the step free path! We shared a salad and Gyros for lunch.

Great place, it was my birthday and they upgraded my room. John and hi boss were very welcoming, they make you fell at home from the moment you walk through their places. Definitely a clean and safe place to stay. Room 103 was absolutely the best thank you very much see you soon
