Troulis Apartment Hotel - Troulis Apart Hotel is a great combination of serviced holiday apartments & hotel services in the heart of Bali on Crete island in Greece. Recently refurbished and modern rooms with kitchenette and great views to the bay of Bali!

The hotel is located conveniently next to beaches, restaurants, tour offices and shops. The territory is clean and well-kept. The rooms inside are well furnished and clean, kitchenettes are reasonably well equipped. If you need something additional for the room you can always ask from the manager or in the kitchen on the ground floor. Rooms are cleaned daily, bedding changed every 3 days. Breakfasts are continental (grab a plate and pick what you like), not gourmet but reasonably good. Kitchen staff are very nice and helpful. Manager and his assistant are very polite and try to satisfy your requests most of the time. Now to the cons: some rooms are much smaller than others. Some rooms are also located very inconveniently, specifically numbers 17-19 face a parking lot, a road and a fruit store so be prepared to stare at cars passing by or turning around a meter from your face, people walking right next to your things drying outside and having access to them. Those rooms are spacious though, so some people may actually like having a separate entrance, who knows. Anyway, be annoying enough to the manager and you can get relocated to another rooms. Minor minus is the shower (just a curtain, so expect a lot of water on the floor. That's common for Crete though. On the other hand in most rooms bathroom ventilation is good so it doesn't smell like a damp crypt. To get hot water most of the time you need to drain a lot of cold one first. Grab a mosquito repellent, there's a lot of them in the evening (not a minus towards the hotel, just a fact). Other than that, I'd say you get more than you pay for, but don't expect too much. It's a good looking and well kept, but still a 2 star hotel.

George Saraliotis is the best manager that always have the answer to any question and always have the solution to make you vacation be perfect. Great apart hotel for its price, great beach near in 1 minute, nice breakfasts where you have all needed to charge yourself for next beautiful day. Troulis is situated in Bali very close to the Paralia Mpali Beach. On our travel agency they have 3 stars but in booking and reality it’s only a 2 star hotel. The location is great, nice view from the balcony - if you are lucky and you get a studio or apartment on the upper floors. The furniture and electronic devices are old and very used. The personal are friendly and they are very nice people but they have a problem with the attention to small details like: we are 3 people with 3 beds and they put towels only for 2, the cleaning in the room is made only at your request and if you inform them the day before (it’s ok that they inform you at check in). The nice surprise for us was that the wifi is very good. The breakfast is on the roof with a nice view. It’s not very mixed, but for us was ok. If you want luxury and treatment like a king Troulis is not for you. If you want a decent place in a very nice location, Bali is a beautiful village where you find everything you want - taverns, restaurants, bars, markets etc. - then it’s a good choice. Maybe the price that we paid is a little too high for what they offer.

Troulis Apart hotel is the best place in Bali! Here you have got: + super hospital administrator, George! + comfort rooms (good beds and nice bathrooms) + good breakfasts + available lunch box (if you go to the excursion) + good room cleaning + close to the sea (four beaches near) + a lot of shops, tavernas and place to walk + swimming pools are always clean We received free early check-in and late check-out. This hotel should definitely have 5 stars. We were very happy to spend our family vacations here! Realy recommended ?
