Good service, clear instructions on how to enter. Clean and comfortable room. If we had the opportunity we would stay other days. !!!
v	valantia tsouka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το διαμέρισμα στο οποία μείναμε , από τις φωτογραφίες φαινόταν καλό ,όμορφο και ζεστό . Παρ’ολα αυτά , όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο αντικρίσαμε έναν άλλον χώρο από αυτόν που φαινόταν στις φωτογραφιες .Το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό και όχι τόσο λειτουργικό , αυτό είχε ως αποτέλεσμα όταν έκανες μπάνιο λόγω του ότι υπήρχε ντουζιέρα τα νερά έβγαιναν απ’εξω και δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια -έστω-σφουγγαρίστρα για να μαζέψουμε τα νερα , αφού ούτε ένα χαλάκι δεν είχε . Ας μη μιλήσω για το χαρτί του μπάνιου που δεν υπήρχε ούτε για δείγμα . Το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεορασης δεν υπήρχε , είχε εξαφανιστεί με αποτέλεσμα να κοιτάμε το ταβάνι … 6ος όροφος σε μια πολυκατοικία με πολύ φασαρία λόγω των επιχειρήσεων που υπήρχαν σε αυτή. Δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά! The apartment in which we stayed, from the photos looked good, beautiful and warm. However, when we entered the room we saw a different space than the one seen in the photos. The bathroom was quite small and not so functional, this resulted when you took a shower because there was a shower the water came out and did not there was not even a -at least- mop to collect the water, since it did not have a single mat. Let me not talk about the toilet paper that did not even exist for a sample. The remote control of the TV did not exist, it had disappeared so we looked at the ceiling… 6th floor in an apartment building with a lot of noise due to the businesses that were in it. I would not choose it again!

Ούτε συγνώμη, ούτε λόγος για επιστροφή χρημάτων, φύγαμε το ίδιο βράδυ ενώ είχαμε κλείσει για τρία. Unacceptable behavior of those in charge, cold room with water coming out of the shower. No apology, no reason to refund, we left the same night while we were booked for three.
S	Stefanos Staboulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌❌ Απαράδεκτη όσο δεν πάει! Έκλεισα δωμάτιο και μου δώσανε άλλο χωρίς ΚΑΜΙΑ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗ ούτε καν τηλέφωνο ή σε κάποιο μήνυμα! Ύστερα από επικοινωνία και πάλι δεν με βάλανε σε αυτό που έκλεισα αλλά σε ένα άλλο! Η εξυπηρέτηση 0/10 ❌❌ Θα προτιμούσα κάτι διαφορετικό έστω να πληρώσω και παραπάνω! ❌❌ Unacceptable as long as it does not go! I booked a room and they gave me another one without ANY INFORMATION, not even a phone call or a message! After communication again they did not put me in what I closed but in another! The service 0/10 ❌❌ I would prefer something different even if I pay more!
V	Vassilina Lygeraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε το θερμοσίφωνα και μετά έπεσε και το ρεύμα . Ζητήσαμε να έρθει κάποιος να το δει και μας έλεγαν ότι θα έρθει τεχνικός ανα μισάωρο ο οποίος δεν ήρθε ποτέ . Εν τέλη μετά από 2 ώρες μετά από πολλά δικά μας τηλεφωνήματα μας αλλάξαν δωμάτιο στον 6ο οροφο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ πιο μικρό, με διαφανή κουρτίνα μπαλκονιού ,ο καναπές που γινόταν κρεβάτι δεν ήταν σταθερός και είχαν μικρούς κίτρινους λεκέδες τα παπλώματα .Επιπλέον έκαναν στο διπλανό δωμάτιο εργασίας με τρυπάνια από το πρωί έως το μεσημέρι καθημερινά . We could not turn on the water heater and then the power went out. We asked for someone to come and see it and we were told that a technician would come every half hour who never came. Finally after 2 hours after many of our phone calls we changed room on the 6th floor. The room was much smaller, with a transparent balcony curtain, the sofa that became a bed was not stable and the duvets had small yellow stains.

E	Evangelia Ritskou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfectly located in Thessaloniki! Super friendly staff and excellent contactless check in! Room was great and exceptionally clean! The bed was the highlight as is super comfy. Totally recommended!!
S	Slave Angelov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing a review here, because the host canceled my stay on my checkout day (day 4), so that I can't leave a review on Booking, while charging me in full. I've never experienced such terrible service as from their "support". The room (2.9) had no wifi connection, as it was probably far from the router. When I complained, they did nothing and told me everything was fine. I told them that this issue will affect my review on booking, and as a result, they told booking that I never checked in, so I can't leave a review. This is not okay and probably not legal.
